Several times coming to RS Royal Taruma to meet friends hospitalized here.
Generally they commented that hospital care is quite good, have modern medical check facilities, nurses are responsive and nimble, so doctors can analyze his patients quickly and take appropriate action.
It's just that there are some complaints about hospital administration, especially when going to be hospitalized. Since hospital have ISO 9001, the guidance for improving the quality of services especially for admission needs to be improved.
Finally, everything depends only on the quality of maintaining its human resources.

There was no need to wait long after registering at registration when my mother medical check ip, then my parents had blood taken in the laboratory room then to the radiology room for a chest X-ray after the results came out the specialist in internal medicine explained the results in great detail and clearly. Thank you for the service and we are very satisfied.

It's located near the Ciputra Mall, the service and place is good. They have a canteen on the B floor.

Located very strategic area at West Jakarta. Very easy to reach by either your private vehicle or public transportation : transjakarta, taxis, Bajaj, online taxis and so on. The parking lot is more than adequate. This hospital offer many medical services with good doctors and nurses to assist you.

It is a hospital in West Jakarta that serves patients with various diseases. There are inpatient care facilities for patients with severe disease and need intensive care, also for a short consultation with a specialist doctor.

The ward I have been in is a VIP which in my opinion is quite comfortable and spacious with a pantry and a table for eating. A living room with a television and also a family room with a sofa.

When you are finished consulting, for drugs prescribed by a doctor, it could be bought at the pharmacy near your home or you can buy it there at once.
For those who live close to this hospital at such a radius, you can get free drug delivery services if the medicine has to be prepared first and it takes more time.
For your convenience, this hospital also has a shop that sells fruit, bread, snacks and also a cafe if you want to eat heavier.

The service is good.
The place is good.
The doctor, dr.Yan, the surgeon.
He waited for me even it surpassed his working hour.
Because i referred from ICU to him like almost 10 mins before his working hour is over, and i had to finished the admins first.
When he told me about my body condition, he told me calmly n explain to me slowly n clearly, makes me feel comfortable n no longer felt worries. Even when i kept asking him questions, the same question over and over.

It's a good things. Because doctors that i've met commonly do not comfort the patient. Just give receipt n it's done.

So i gave him my 4 thumbs 👍👍

Great hospital. Also have delicious bakery on first floor. But you guys need to upgrade and renovated the canteen on basement. Looks awful, with bad lighting, and questionable sanitation.

Royal Taruma Hospital is a good hospital, good for service and facilities. A strategic place, making this hospital the right choice. The services of nurses and doctors are also good. For the price of treatment, it is still standard
