They are really good in the price they charge. Rooms are neat and clean and have a flat tv and q fridge. Staff is also cooperative. Location is ideal for those who want to live in the city center and explore some shopping malls and areas around the city center.

Just recently stayed here on the Deluxe Plus room, it's a very nice room. The hotel is located in a strategic location, just a short walk from the MRT station. This made it very easy to get around the city. The hotel also has a dedicated floor to hang out with friends (they got microwave there too), which was a plus point. The staff were not always smiling, but they were always helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

Although the hotel is not big, the room was excellent. Unfortunately, my room has no city view, the windows open to a wal. But they have a rooftop, so worry not. The deposit charge was quite pricey (IDR 200,000). The motorcycle parking was small and located inside a property that looks like an indekost. The room consist of sofa, chair, fridge and large mirror. They also gave 2 pairs of sandals and dining set (bowl, plate, glass, spoon and fork). But the toilet didn't have jetspray. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would love to come back again. My comment: if they gave sachets of tea/coffee in the room, that would be nice. But don't worry, there's a mini-mart nearby.

Good location, but a bit pricey for under 3 star hotel. Breakfast is a rice box and its deliver to the room. Balcon as at the picture show in ads is only on rooftop....

Time to make a description about my experience in The Upscale Suites.

My stay was from 29th of Dec till 21st of Jan. I booked the executive room 30m². My first impression was like wow. I didnt expect the spacious room like this. I celebrate NYE in the room, while we could do this on the rooftop. By than I didnt know about the great view of this rooftop in here.

The staff was really friendly, like if I need anything I just asked and they would give it to me/helped me out.

One time I forgot my key inside of the room and they straight away helped me out. Later that week I lost my card, I could get a new one (cost me something from my deposit though*) fair enough.

If I wanted new towels, within 5 min I had a new one. I mean Jakarta always makes me so sweaty, so Im taking a shower often.

We had the privilage that they were trying the breakfast during our stay. So that means we had breakfast like every morning. You cant choose, but its still really good. Never had a bad breakfast in my period of stay.

At last the price is really good. Thats why I was so suprised when I entered the room and it was this spacious.

The nearest affordable budget hotel around WTC area.

Ok service, ok room, ok ambience

All rooms are non smoking but you could smoke on the tiny balcony.

You'll got a packed breakfast not a buffet. Still acceptable tho.

Love this place, convenient location and snappy hotel for bachelors. Perfect for those staying in Jakarta for a couple of days only. No breakfast included, but surrounded with convenience stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Great place in South Jakarta!

Very cozy place and next to japanese izakaya which makes your stay pleasant. Strongly prefer to stay there just nearby Bendungan hilir.

One of the best stay in town, strategic location, large and clean room, affordable price.
No breakfast is included, but it's okay because you can buy meal nearby.

We booked the family suite for a weekend stay. The crew was nice. The room was cozy. Two bedrooms. With living room that can fit for a family of 4 or 5.

The room is quite large, but the bedcover is a little bit dirty. Over all is OK

Small cosy hotel. Very good value for money, especially given its location in Jakarta. Modern look. Simple and clean
