I have been a loyal guess of this hotel since 2020. I have spent quite a lot of times coming here because I sometimes rent the hotel's meeting room for several days. All in all, the service is exceptional; when I had a technical problem this morning, the staff really went an extra mile to help me. I definitely recommend Favehotel Melawai for your business or whatever kinds of meetings you may have.

the location of the hotel is very strategic in the middle of the city and shopping area.

the location is very easy to reach by many transportation. 1 location with m square block, many choices of culinary food.

the room was quite comfortable but the tv facilities had problems several times, apart from that there were no problems.

good and fast service.

prices are also affordable.

Stayed in Favehotel Melawai while I visited an event in JCC Senayan on the weekend. It is really has a strategic location in Blok M Square, only about 7 minutes walk away from Blok M BCA MRT station. At night, you can find several food stalls right in front of the hotel. It varies from local food until japanese food (they even call it Little Tokyo!). There is also minimarket available downstair. The room and service given was worth the price. Overall, will come back whenever I have plans in South Jakarta.

Cheap, best bang for the buck. Stayed for a short business trip just to spent the night. It's clean, located in a very good location, surrounded by a lot of convenience stores and restaurant. Trafic around is very bad Lol. If you just need a place to rest, this is a very good choice!

I am really sorry there's no pictures about this place since I am visiting a friend from Balikpapan for 3 days and 2 night stay. The location is amazing it's very close to Blok M area. You named it, it's everything. They also have the smoking room which the one they've stayed. The lighting should be more bright anyway.

No joke I think this hotel has one of the best maintenance in Jakarta Selatan. Idk when it was built but the whole facility is squeaky clean and looking brand new. You would never see any dust, rust, or mold. The service was fast (I asked the recepsionist for a hairdryer and it came right in front of my door in 5 mins), breakfast was delish (they serve at Kopi Oey, not many options but the dishes are great!), and the room was really comfy (they have one of the comfiest pillow, mattress, and bed cover). Facility and location wise (it is located inside Blok M Square, the heart of Jakarta Selatan), I think it is a great option for biztrip. It is worth every penny for such rate. Overall, I had one of the nicest stay in Jakarta Selatan. Keep up the good work❤

If you looking for hotel in city center of Jakarta, just book this hotel. This is the best budget hotel in blok M. The location is just behind the blok M square, surrounded by delicious foods and cafes, the facilities is perfect for their rate, the staff is friendly and its clean and tidy. Also, their wifi connection is great. For sure I will back to this hotel if I visit blok M again.

Good place to stay if you'd like to explore a more traditional side of Jakarta. The not so metropolis face. The hotel is just across the entrance of Blok M Square and several cute coffee shops are around. Food is cheap and within walking distance also.

The hotel itself is the best version of FAVE Hotel, with enough space in each room and window to open air. Connected to Kopi Oey which is one great advantage for coffee lovers.

Very comfortable place, very close to square M and Blok M Malls. Affordable price and excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely return to this hotel and recommend to my family. Quite close to my headquarter office.

Great hotel with comfortable rooms with good prices. I lived in a extra large suite room. There was no fridge but we did not need it as we were right next to a major shopping mall. Friendly staff.

Good budget hotels, another great budget hotel to stay, located in Blok M, center of business and shopping in South Jakarta, as a bonus, you can find 'Pasar kue shubuh (Dawn cake market)' every morning, a lot of traditional cake and cookies will satisfy your appetite
