Wow unpredictable this hotel is so great, a newly renovated building, close to Indomaret, a friendly hotelier, good service. Feeling warm and comfortable hotel
And they have a private balcony

Nice place to stay. Neat and clean room. Instagramable. Service is also good with friendly staff. Definitely will come back again. Hopefully they can maintain the quality and service.

I can say its the best place to stay if you visit South Jakarta especially Kalibata. The exterior, interior, service and the atmosphere are the best. (They have 3 cute cats there, I luv it). The security of the place are number 1. They dont have elevator but personally its not a problem tho. They have minimarket below the building so you dont have to worry when you need something.

This hotel is beyond my expectation. Minimalist style, clean and comfortable. Bedsheet and towell are clean and smell nice, I like it. Wifi is good. Hot water is available. Praying mat is alaso available in the room. Drinking water is also available. We should drop deposit 200k IDR or ID card.
The location of this hotel is behind Alfamart, so it is very easy if we want to buy some stuff. Some food stalls are also available in front of the hotel. The staff are also friendly and helpful. I feel home during my stay here. Keep serving the best, ACG House Kalibata! :)

Best hotel budget ever!! amazing architecture, omg thankyou for minimalist sleek but chic design. this hotel located at north kalibata. and you only go down for buy some goods (indomart) and few snacks like martabak or fried chicken tenant at parking lot.
when I checkin, receptionist told me that this hotel finished build few weeks ago. Wow such an honor try as first customer.
they have 18 rooms with 3 floor, communal space, public kitchen. They didn't provide breakfast but you can simply go down for eat something. I got 150K/night at OYO App.
I got 2 bottles water and toiletries...amazing. definitely will come back again!

A beautiful and comfy place to rest, this from my own camera, clean and fits well, highly recommended and would likely to reserve it again, ac is good but not that cold, will cool the room eventually

The place is still new, clean, totally well managed, they provide free wifi, hot water, motorcycle parking lot, car parking lot, also public pantry, and since this OYO located behind Indomaret, it’s easy to buy things you need, and there’s also a small foodcourt beside Indomaret that sells fried chicken and martabak 😬 not to mention they have an eye catching lobby and a nice rooftop 😉😉😉

Went here to visit my brother who rented a room. Room was very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is cozy and homey as well.

Perfect for what it is, and that's a simple hotel with nice rooms. A big plus is the Indomaret in the front.
