Jakarta International Velodrome

A comfortable open space to just walk in the morning alone or with friends!

The area is not so big but it is enough to do laps and the staff are helpful with the parking.

Also recommended for family outdoor activity since there are many options to do, like rollerblade course, outdoor basketball court, and open plaza.

It is also achievable via LRT.

Nice place for jogging or any sport activities. Lots of parking space. There are food trucks selling fast food and coffee you should try.

Better place for doing sport. Rasy run, fun bike, a cute roller skate or even just walking with your loves one. Easy park, easy reach with public transportatio, good building, have a mushola and you dont have to take a long walk to reach it.

You can exercises with your family, children, elders. They have roller skate club, basketball court (but becarefull because the skin of the court is not good anymore), volleyball court, futsal, badminton and many more.

You can rent roller skate for a good price. It's around 50k/hour.

Good place for enjoying morning or afternoon with families for picnic or just gathering together. Not recommended for this who come for jogging or running since there are a lot of people with various things to do. Most people are coming with their families. If you need to run properly, come to GBK.

Nice place for jogging or biking in low speed. There are parking lots for Cas, motorcycles, and bicycles.

There are also public rest room, Mushola(for the moslem who wan to pray)

Being newly renovated (Aug 2018) due to Asian Games event, this had totally change the venue and turn it into best state-of-the-art cycling venues. The surrounding area also had been renovated. Next to velodrome they got newly BASEBALL field, very decent and good facilities.

New and clean outdoor plus it's a very great stadium.They have solar charger at the outdoor area. People can come here easily by car or transjakarta. Big parking area and can bring family also here.

Recommended for family sport in Rawamangun area, East Jakarta

Jogging track and bike track with many outdoor cafe

Went here for running. It was quite shabby on the outside (the old building not the one used for Seagames) but once you go inside it was so lively and quite decent, it has run track, pull ups, sand for jumping sport, and so on.

The atmosphere itself is so lovely, remember to not use the inside track if you are just walking, because it's used for sprint practice and you'll block the way. Overall it's good for evening run.

The main building is velodrome which is there's bike track inside, but in those area there are park, basketball court, volley court etc. Also its easy to access with public transport

The place is exciting, the architecture is shopisticated. It'neat and clean, the security is friendly.
This place is good for sport freak and it's so instagrammable

Best place to run/jog in East Jakarta. Big enough to go 5k. The complex facilities (toilet, mushola, canteen) are clean and well maintained. However the athletic stadium is still closed for public during pandemic, hopefully it will be opened again soon.

Unfortunately, the basketball court is not well maintained.

I believe, many basketball fans expect to have a nice court in Velodrome sport complex.

Very nice venue for held any international event. You will easy to find restroom in outdoor and indoor arena, and the arena have good air conditioner, all glass sorounding the arena make this venue more exclusive.

Have experience playing basketball here. It's better to play at night because it's not too hot.

Jakarta International Velodrome is a sporting facility located at Rawamangun, East Jakarta, Indonesia. Gelanggang Olahraga Velodrome is one of the most comfortable international sport center in Jakarta. There is a bunch of people who do sport everyday in here. In such a big city, this place is quite clean and green, which is missing of every people in Jakarta. You can bring your family and children to do sports here, it is nice to start a healthy life.
