Dhiari Guest House

We stayed here during our visit in December 2023. The property is neat and beautiful with a lovely swimming pool. The owners were very welcoming and pleasant. The room and toilet were spacious when compared to other places we stayed in Bali. The only issue we had is that the menu had very limited options, particularly vegetarian. But they were kind enough to prepare food for us without using oyster sauce, which we are allergic to. They even provided bread and eggs for early breakfast to us on request on the day we had to leave early in time for the ferry. The property is a bit difficult to access , but it is compensated by the peaceful environment that we get to experience. Truly enjoyed our stay here. A wonderful place to experience the beauty of Ubud.

Yoga and Merry were extremely welcoming, friendly and warm people. They made us feel fully comfortable and happy during our stay. On top of this incredible hospitality, it was the best place we stayed during our time in Bali. The room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was beautifully served. The garden area was stunning with so many trees and plants that Yoga himself had created by hand. It was located away from the busy city centre where we could enjoy peace and quiet. We could not speak highly enough of this place and we would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Merry and Yoga are wonderful hosts! We were very well taken care of as guests and their accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Waterfalls were within walking distance and whilst it was further away from the Ubud center bustle, it was exactly what we wanted as we were looking for a nice quiet space with nature nearby! 🌳

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend Merry's accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

Absolutely one of our favorite guest house homestay. Merry and Yoga are warm friendly down to earth people. Very comfortable room, bed, pillows, hot shower and air-conditioning. Fantastic value. Beautiful refreshing pool after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious and we had dinner twice and really enjoyed it.

In one word, this place is underpriced. Merry & Yoga created a gem near Ubud. Everything is super clean, the room is spacious, the pool is fresh. Merry is not just perfect host, she is also an amazing chef (breakfast (eggs, pancakes, frash fruits), local cuisine (nasi/mie goren, cap kai, etc.)). They provided bike for a good price and always keen to answer our questions or book the transfer for us. Million times recommended, we love this place. Always perfect, nothing to be improved.

One of the best accomodations I have ever had in Southeast Asia! This place feels like home so fast, it's really beautiful and Yoga and Merry (the owners), as well as the other staff are just amazing and so helpful with everything 😊🙏 The food is also very good, you have the pool almost for yourself, can rent a scooter to go to Ubud City (15 min away) and the rooms are very clean. 10/10 and definitely a recommendation! ❤

Located in a village 15 minutes outside of Ubud (on a bike), Dhi Ari is the perfect place to experience the real Bali.
The hosts, Yoga and Merry, along with everyone else who works there are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay as good as it can be.
The homestay has 3 guest bungalows which are a great size and beautifully finished along with a great sized pool.
Breakfast is included with a menu provided in the room along with a bigger menu if you want to stay in. You can use the shared kitchen if you want to cook for yourself too.
There are several waterfalls nearby too, some within walking distance and well worth a visit.

5 stars isn't enough for the level of service and hospitality we received here. Couldn't recommend it enough ☺

Amazing! Garden is fabulous! Very peaceful location. Spacious, clean room, coffee, friendly staff. About 20-30 minutes scooter ride to Ubud center.

My Partner and I have just returned back to Australia after staying in Dhiari Guest House for the first time. We couldn’t be happier with the accommodation, cleanliness and Hospitality! The Breakfast every morning was an absolute standout! The staff are more like family and nothing was too much to ask! The price is exceptional for everything that is included and we will most definitely be back! Thanks again guys!

The place I'm in love with. Amazing hosts, quite location, very greeny territory, free breakfasts, cheap and tasty food to order - 2-3€. I'm sure, very soon it would be fully booked. Definitely I'd love to come back.

Lovely place with a beautiful garden, nice surroundings, very kind hosts and a big pool. The apartments are clean equipped with AC and a surplisengly good bathroom. Also the area is quiet. Recommended for everyone, who wants to relax and have a good time. They also have grill, a little bar and stingless bee honey, wich is healthy and very tasty. Leaving that place felt like, leaving paradise.

The husband and wife team was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and clean and the swimming pool is just outside the room. The place is also peaceful and tranquil.

Had an amazing time at this lovely place!
1. the hosts are incredible, kind persons, willing to help with everything you may need, are open about sharing their lifestyle with you and make you feel welcome and 'at home'.
2. The place itself is excellent in terms of quality. Everything is new, well taken care of, daily cleaned, good wifi, good shower, good AC, all you need is there.
3. They can help with scooter, very tasty food (served o your porch) , laundry, even in room massage, at reasonable prices (not even compared to those in Ubud Center).
4. The hosts are amazing people and they dedicate also to help people with difficult situation in their community.
5. The village is 15 min from Ubud center and it is quiet, beautiful, within a few minutes walk you can find waterfalls.

Summing up: I highly reccomend it and I will stay at DhiAri's when I will be back in Bali.
