Anumana Hotel Ubud

Spent a week at Anumana Hotel Ubud. The hotel has traditional Balinese interior design. The hospitality is above and beyond. My room came with free breakfasts, and I took advantage of this every morning. It is not your typical breakfast buffet, but you get to choose items from a menu. They had both Western and Indonesian offerings. Everything I tried was delicious. The staff here is amazing and made me feel at home. I would recommend anyone staying in Ubud to at Anumana Hotel.

A great boutique hotel bang in the middle of Ubud

Stayed in Anumana Ubud for 2 nights, room with direct pool access on ground floor. Absolutely fantastic location, 100s of restaurants and spas location with 200 meters. About a 100 mtrs from the Monkey forest. Good quality pool that you can step in directly from your room.

Rooms are large and neat and clean, service is very good. They serve a choice of breakfast in the morning, and I honestly found it better than the bad quality buffet that most places serve. Strongly recommend the place.

Anumana is an absolutely outstanding hotel! It's rated as 4 Star establishment, but it's definitly on par with hotels that earn 5 Stars.

We booked the Deluxe Room with the Plunge Pool and it exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable, and the floating breakfast we enjoyed on Valentine's Day was simply amazing. Speaking of food, the hotel restaurant never disappointed. The food was fresh and prepared exquisitely. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel offers spa services and a variety of purchasable activities/services at reasonable rates and we highly recommend all of it.

The hotel's location adjacent to the Sacred Monkey Forest is ideal. Within a 15-20 minute walk, you will find other attractions in Ubud as well as countless shops and restaurants.

We can't say enough about our experience at Anumana, we absolutely loved it! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the Ubud area.

We only came to have dinner. Best dinner I had in ubud! The staff was so charming, everyone was so helpful! Overall it was an amazing experience. But really I am just blown away from how nice the staff they treated us.

Great hotel in the main part of Ubud, while still being just a touch out of the way. The bed was massive, and the room was super cute overall. My partner and I got one of the plunge pools, which was super handy when you wanted a dip after pool-hours.

There are some monkeys in the morning (it's right by the Monkey Forest) but they're entertaining to watch. The staff are all very nice and the breakfast is great! I saw a few folks complain, but this wasn't a buffet style like most included breakfasts, and the options were awesome.

Would stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our recent trip to ubud. They upgraded our room for free. The location is great. It's a 5 mins walk to the monkey forest and there are a lot of stores and restaurants close by for you to explore. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is not a buffet, but there are a decent amount of selections. The swimming pool is nice, but it closes at 7pm so we never actually have a chance to use it. Be careful if you use the washroom on the first floor. I got more than 30 mosquito bites by standing there for 5 min. Overall, a nice hotel to stay and will definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the Anumana Hotel from February 4th to the 8th. We could walk down 5 stairs from our balcony to the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent and included and service was very good. The hotel is located close to restaurants, shopping and the monkey forest. We hope to return and will definitely stay there again!

The staff here are so nice- everyone! But special note to Krishna in concierge- he remembered our names for our entire stay which was such a lovely touch! The pool is lovely and refreshing and the location is right next to the Monkey Forest and they are so cute to watch in the street at night, with many restaurants, shops and sightseeing right out the front or within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The staff check regularly to see if you need more water or dry towels. Honestly exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay!

We've had a wonderfull time in Anumana hotel in Ubud. Just a few minutes walk from the monkey forest. We stayed in the luxe suite with plungepool and enjoyed every moment. Nice room, delicious breakfast a la carte, as so the balinese evening. But most of all the service was really excellent. Thankyou Miss Dewi and Madi from the reception desk. Made, Enry, Supi and all the others from the restaurant, you have made our days in Ubud unforgettable! Erik and Esther (miss Maria;) We've learned Anumana means hospitality, and you sure are!

I stay here only for one night but it was a very nice hotel for couples and family. The room was very spacious as you will see on the pictures, the staff very friendly, it’s very well located in the center, few meters away from the monkey forest. That also means monkey come say hi to your balcony in the early morning, make sure everything is closed and you don’t have belongings there. The breakfast could be improved but it’s still nice. Also, it’s very calm I didn’t get to hear the noice of the cars outside in the road.

lovely hotel but have some rooms for improvement.

the bedroom's tv can't connect to WiFi, so can't watch YouTube or Netflix. The staff tried to fix it but failed.

toilet floor get flooded due to the poor design. water accumulated at the wrong corner opposite of the drainage.

the room hv sewerage smell if I turn off the ventilator. some of the freshly provided towels also have bad smells.

swimming pool is great, but the water looks less appealing due to the white "powder" from the frangipani trees leaves. the leaves have this 'white powder" and it floats on the water.

other than this, it's at a very nice location. the staffs are friendly and helpful too.

Great hotel we stayed in Ubud, Bali, room is rather clean and spacious, and staffs were very friendly. There are a lot of great food and massages nearby, and distance to attractions is not far.

The only two downsides I wish for improvements are: There were quite a lot of ants in my room but not in my friends' room; and the TV isn't a smart TV and does not support airplay / screen mirroring from our phones.

Super convenient location. Rooms are very clean. Customer service is great. Breakfast was okay. Food could definitely use more flavor. I also think asking customers to choose between juice or fruit was very tacky but that’s a reflection of cheap management, not the others who work there.

A long time friend and I shared a room here and I don’t have anything negative to say about the experience. The room was clean, food was good, beautiful pool, Very well located to Many activities (monkey forest, white water rafting, waterfalls, rice terrace, atv, etc.) and the staff is Exceptional. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location right next to the monkey forest temple, very friendly, accommodating staff and beautiful pool. Monkeys would be on the roof near the pool if you wake up early enough (6-7am). Soubee and Krisna (sorry if I am spelling that wrong) in particular were very friendly staff members who were engaging and looking for anything to make our stay better.

I just stayed at the Anumana Hotel Ubud, in Ubud, Bali. It was a great experience as the staff are extremely helpful and saw to everything I needed. They even booked any services that I wanted in Ubud. The rooms are well decorated and clean. The pool is beautiful. And I really enjoyed the food. I must have had every breakfast that they had on the menu by the time my stay was completed. I highly recommend staying at the Anumana Hotel.

Awesome place next to Monkey Forrest, very quiet awesome pool for watching the Monkeys in the morning on the walls. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean. A little noise from neighbouring rooms. Great a la carte breakfast. Good location with many little cafe and restaurants around. Recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views are great, it's super close to the monkey forest and the staff is also very friendly. Dewi at reception immediately remembered our names and was very polite and helpful throughout our stay :) thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff are so kind and welcoming. As a solo traveler I never felt like a stranger here. Would definitely recommend you stay here! 🐒

An excellent experience.

Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Incredible location. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. When they noticed it was my birthday (must have been from my passport), they arranged for a surprise birthday cake at the hotel restaurant!

Although the hotel is very close to the monkey forest, we had no issues with the monkeys.

My only complaint is that there was not enough hot water to fill the bathtub. A minor inconvenience considering the shower worked just fine.
