Teba Jati Guest House

It's very clean, each room has a double bed and a bathroom with hot water. Plus a nice terrace with chairs and table, and it's very nice to sit there in the morning and having breakfast or relaxing before going to bed. Free wifi with a good speed, the breakfast is ok for the price. There are no a/c but a good fan in the room. The service from the family was without any problem.
I stayed for one week and would do it again, if I come to Ubud.
My only remarks are, that there seems to be a missing routine on how frequent towels and bed linen should be changed. Perhaps it should be after 3-4 days and the owners should ask the guests for that. The same is to ask the guest if they want the room to be cleaned. When you as a guests ask for it, then this or anything else is solved without any problem.

Lovely guesthouse. The landlady and his son are very friendly and helpful. They take us by their scooters to Kura bus station.

Great value for money, and clean room. Lovely hosts too, very helpful.

Хорошее, уютное место. Новый гест. Горячая вода, полотенца, чистота и кухня. Чай и кофе можно делать себе бесплатно.
Очень приветливые хозяева.
Пока что нет кондиционеров, только вентиляторы, но всё может измениться, провода проведены.
Дополнительно можно заказать завтраки по 20 000. Но нем не очень понравились, делали себе сами фрукты и бутерброды.

Nous avons séjourné avec nos amis 4 nuits et nous nous en souvenons encore tellement c s’était bien, rien à dire sur la literie le lit atait confortable , la salle de bain est parfaite pour un couple, le petit déjeuner copieux et servi sur la terrasse de la chambre avec fruits pancake banane et cafés ou thé, que dire des propriétaires de ces lieux tout simplement adorables gentils serviables tout pour passer un très agréable séjour, l endroit est un peu retiré mais c est mieux pour le calme Wyayann et sa femme sont courageux et travaillent durs, wyayann à son taxi et peut vous emmener ou vous voulez, vous pouvez réserver des excursions par leur intermédiaire, n hésitez pas à réserver c est tout à fait formidable allez y vous ne le regretterez pas

Аккуратно и чисто. Проход через семейный дом хозяев. Сам район трущебный, вдали от центра, пешком далековато.
