Agung was like an older brother to us. His company was so refreshing - our conversations were so in depth, it didn’t feel like a tour at all. We spoke about history, culture, politics, and everything in between serious and silly. He carefully curated our stops and amazingly shifted when needed. He is the perfect guide for all curious travellers.

We were lucky enough to get an absolutly amaizing tour guide, Oki for our tour. He was extremely knowledgeable with the area and history of bali,and his english was very good. He made us feel super comfortable and made us laugh and felt so warm the whole time. He went above and beyond for all of us during our tour we are so thankful and grateful for him. He is the true example of the amazing Balinese hospitality, best of the best, if you are lucky enough to book him please don’t think twice. He is the best tour guide that we have had so far all over the world! Trust me, you will not want to tour with anyone else!

Firstly, the process and communication of booking with this company was seamless. Being a non local booking things from overseas, you are always skeptical of what is being promised and what hets delivered. However, in this case they Bali Agung delivered more than what they promised!
Dian is fantastic to communicate the arrangements and he makes sure everything is in place when you arrive with instant and easy WhatsApp confirmations.

The star of the company is "Oki". He is an absolute asset while you are travelling with him be it local knowledge, driving, tour guiding and also photography!
Oki is a passionate young man who makes you feel so welcome that within minutes you feel you are travelling with a friend.
To be honest we thought, we will only be driven around but Oki's real earnesty and determination ensure You are at the centee of everything makes you love Bali!
If we would have visited the touristy places we did on our own, 100% we would get bored slightly without any local knowledge.
Oki makes aure you are comfortable and having the best of time.
Ensuring the car is turned on with ac on before we come so we are not too hot, dropping us to the doorstep of monkey forest and them going to park the car as the parking is 10 minutes walk, taking beautiful photos for you and patiently also doing retakes for wife 😅 Oki goes above and beyond!
He is creatively efficient with his ideas of itinerary and at the end of day1 we became friends and also ended up having lunch together.

My husband and I went to Bali in May and were very lucky to have Iam Ngurah, as our tour guide while we were in Ubud. His English was amazing and he told us so much about the area. He gave great advice on what places to visit in our limited time there.
He was always punctual and polite and we loved the spa he recommended. We wanted to hire a motorbike just for the day, he kindly arranged for one to be brought directly to the hotel too.

In about 10 days we visited the main attractions of Bali. From the jungle to the fantastic temples of ubud, rice paddies, bali swing, waterfalls, monkey forest, bali zoo, elephant expedition, lempuyang, Besakih, Goa lawah, seminyak, uluwatu and the south bali beaches, everything was so engaging and wonderful it was jaw-dropping. Our driver, Gusti, is a special person, precise, prepared and reliable, always available to share information about the island with us, always kind and helpful. Thanks to him we have visited unforgettable places. Thanks for everything!

My driver was Onald and he was very friendly and accommodating. Went to Tibumana waterfalls and Teluk Cepung waterfalls, Kintamani swing and tea/coffee tasting. Driver/Guide was really helpful, knowledgeable, and drives great.
