Our stay at this resort was simply
unforgettable! The staff (especially Dedi) were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay really enjoyable. The location of the hotel is simply stunning - surrounded by tropical beauty and overlooking the sparkling ocean.

The activities offer were fantastic too! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and can highly recommend it - definitely one of the best hotels in Bali!

The best experience ever if you are visiting North Bali. Sunsets from the infinity pool is something you wouldn’t want to miss. The serene atmosphere is an add on. Also a big thanks to Mr. Gargita for taking such good care of us. He even helped us when we were stuck somewhere outside of hotel. The views, food, chilling atmosphere, hospitality everything is top notch. A must recommended place from our side.

I stayed here in the one bedroom villa with jacuzzi, and it was amazing! The views from down at the restaurant and infinity pool were stunning. My room was incredibly comfortable and cleaned twice a day. I had vegetarian meals which were delicious. The staff were wonderful and accomodating. There were lots of activities to do everyday, everything from bird watching, coffee plantation tours, yoga, dancing and bamboo straw making. I had a wonderfully peaceful time and absolutely loved it.

Easily one of the best stays in North Bali. Their infinity pool is really beautiful! no wonder they got an award for being one of the top 10 in the world. Amazed by the excellent hospitality and kudos to our personal butler, Leo. We felt super close to nature but at the same time, all the rooms were super clean. Don't forget to take a look at the various activities provided by the resort! I really enjoyed stargazing and the coffee plantation tour.

By far the most beautiful hotel I’ve been to. We had a dreamy villa surrounded by nature with a private pool and jacuzzi. Also, the hotel’s infinite pool was breathtaking. As for the staff, they were kind and helpful. The hotel has plenty of free activities for its guests and they are all very worthy. It’s the perfect hotel to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with your inner self. Couldn’t recommend it more.

What an amazing place! We booked a private pool villa with jacuzzi and it was unbelievable! We had a very nice butler and the service was perfect! Breakfast and afternoon tea was included and delicious. It was so exciting to join all the complimentary activities which the hotel offers (for example the coffee plantation tour!). The room was clean and comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel which is just incredible.
Everything was perfect and especially the private swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
The view from the swimming pool is breathtaking, we were able to admire the beautiful sunsets.
The bedding is very comfortable and the place is extremely clean.

This is probably the most wonderful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is beautiful, the villas are gorgeous, the variety of workshops/ activities is great, the balinese food is amazing but the most important thing is the staff. They are the most attentive and friendliest people!

This North Bali resort was definitely one of the best places I've stayed at recently. The rooms were fantastic, with all the amenities you could ask for, and they even had some cool activities like coffee tasting, recycle crafting, planting tours, and horseback riding. The staff was seriously amazing - super friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home. The location was great for exploring the area, but the resort itself was so awesome it was tempting to just stay put and relax. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot!

We visited this hotel for the day with a day pass. Such amazing facilities. The staff are so incredibly attentive and friendly. While there we did the coffee plantation tour and tasting. The guide was so informative and it was so interesting to see the process! We also had dinner while we were there and it was amazing, the waiters were so great. We finished our day by toasting marshmallows over an open fire...Cannot recommend this place enough!

As a full time traveler I was blown away by this resort, which has to rank as one of the best places I've ever stayed. Incredible service from the moment you check in right through till check out. Facilities are 5 star, and rooms and bathrooms so spacious that you feel like you will get lost in them!
The resort itself is one of the most scenic I've ever seen. The views are gorgeous, and the award winning infinity pools are even more beautiful in real life than they are in the millions of photos online. Breakfasts are large and delicious, as is the Munduk Coffee that is grown and harvested locally.
Apart from the 5 star facilities and service, what really makes this resort stand head and shoulders above others is their sustainable living practices, plastic recycling plant and waste water management. The positive impact they have on the environment and the local community is extremely admirable, and a breath of fresh air from a luxury resort.

Everything was exceptional!
The staff is very nice and professional and was willing to do anything for you. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner, the views were beautiful from our villa "Palm Sugar" with the jacuzzi, and the sunset over the main pool was amazing.
We definitely would come back to stay at Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort again and will recommend it to our friends.

After wanting to visit Munduk Moding Plantation for several years, we weren't disappointed with our recent visit! The resort is every bit as beautiful as what you see online, and it is such a relaxing place - perfect to unwind and get close to nature. We loved our 1 bed villa with pool, it was so nice to have the privacy of our own pool, plus the main infinity pools are stunning! I loved that this resort didn't feel busy or crowded, it was the perfect place for us to celebrate our babymoon and recent engagement. The breakfast here is probably the best I have ever had in my life, and it was so nice having a private butler that we could just whatsapp whenever we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

We took a chance and went to explore a less travelled place in Bali, Munduk. A little north of Bali, we chose to stay at Munduk Moding Plantation Resort for 2 nights. First impressions do make an impact and I must say, the moment we passed through the their boutique lobby towards their main infinity pool, it was truly a sight to behold! You have to be there to experience it! You never know when the clouds would suddenly cover up the whole view of the valley only to move aside in a few minutes to surprise you again.

The stay here was an absolute dream! Our one bedroom pool villa with jacuzzi was a dream! The little local elements made it a very cozy stay for us!

A special mention to their butler service. We never expect a standalone brand to have such an effective butler service, but the butler service here was so intimate and effective that it could easily beat a lot other big brands who boast of offering the same service.

During our stay we got to experience a lot of amazing things that the resort offered and were left wanting to experience some more! The stargazing sessions at night, bonfire with marshmallows, a tour of the resort’s coffee plantations and coffee tasting sessions and the best of the lot, the fiery sky during sunsets from their 2 level infinity pool, were only some of the things that truly captivated us!

Would highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a tranquil escape, away from all the touristy bling!

Staying at Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort has been one of the best experience in our whole life, and probably one of the most memorable resorts we have ever been to.

Starting with the rooms, we had the chance to stay in two different rooms: the One Bedroom Villa with Jacuzzi firstly, and the One Bedroom Pool Villa with Jacuzzi secondly. To be honest, both of them were unique and exquisit, with full of details and well-maintained facilities: typical Balinese outdoor shower, bathtube, indoor shower, king size bed, a wide range of coffee, teas and snacks to enjoy, etc. But without a doubt, the most fascinating moment is when you go out to the terrace and you have these astonishing views and an incredible jacuzzi, or also the combination of jacuzzi and a cozy swimming pool, depending on what room you stay.

Secondly, the facilities of the resort were absolutely great: from the infinity pools, to the natural surroundings, the coffee plantations (highly recommended all of the guided tours through the plantation and coffee facilities) and the bamboo gym, everything is of the utmost quality and reflects the exclusivity but also the authenticity of this majestic place. In this aspect, we want tho highlight the cuisine, with a fantastic blend of both western and Indonesian touches. We were absolutely delighted by the sumptuous breakfast they served to us.

And last but not least, the treatment we received by all the resort’s staff. From front desk’s receptionists who assisted us and reccomended all the daily activities to choose, the buggy drivers who gave us a lift from our villa whenever we needed it, the waiters and waitresses who kindly served to us and always wore a smile on their faces, and also our personal butler, Gargita, always was aware of all our requests, whom we would like to thank very much.

To sum up, we are really delighted to have stayed in such a wonderful place, and we reccomend it without hesitation.

I only visited for one day but it was such an amazing experience, I cannot recommend it enough. The place has such a great vibe and the view is stunning. I really enjoyed the little workshops and activities they offer, I learned a lot about the Balinese culture. The food was also very delicious and reasonably priced for the quality you get. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Only stayed here for one night but wow!...wish we had booked a few more days. Arriving at the lobby and seeing the pool overlooking the mountains was an amazing site. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond. Room was spacious and luxurious with so many little snacks and types of coffees to enjoy. Highly recommended.
