Great place clean good service we book on arrival the said only one room available with presidential suite. With 3.800.000 a night but I & my son Ashton so much enjoy our stay after long trip

Next to Trans Studio Mini Garden.

I don't normally write reviews , but it was my second time staying at Aston in just 2 months. I have to say that both times I arrived the team were so welcoming, first class. The hotel is still coming out of covid, so not all the shops are open etc. ( Looking foreword to all those times being behing us) But my room was spotlessly.....1 light wasn't working in my room, so I called housekeeping, within 3 min someone was at my room and fixed it. And with a fruit basket to say sorry! I would also like to thanks Nanda for the pre arrival text and making sure even before I arrived the Aston team knew what to do. Great team! Thanks again. During our business trip, the service from your staff are great and helpful especially Mba Tifa who upgrade our room and the driver who brought us to the Airport with no charge 😇.

One input perhaps is to maintain and check the air-con on each room since our first room was producing a warm air instead of cold one. Breakfast menu great and tasty, although not so many table during packed season.

The hotel offered a wide range of activities and facilities for guests to enjoy. The staff of Aston Hotel Tanjungpinang was excellent and pleasant. They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The breakfast spread is wonderful and constantly being top up

I always choose Aston as a place to carry out office activities. The service here is good from the start of the booking process to completion. Meeting rooms and varied food menu. The last time I used the service at this hotel, when my mother mom could not walk properly, the staff offering wheelchair and very helpful from the time the car arrived to the hotel and back. I will always recommend Aston as the best hotel choice if you come to Tanjungpinang.

Location wise...not to far from the city. Next to the Trans Studio Park.
Services is good.
Food wise... for indonesian/ASIA is good but for foreigner need to add up more... but overall is OK.
Breakfast good

But for us, when we check in hotel (staycation) most important is services... and we are good.

Deffenately will be back again.

I stay here for 3 days and 2 nights only.
When I first contacted the marketing, they give me an offer to pay for deluxe room and as a bonus they will give a free entrance to the trans studio tanjung pinang which is located exactly besides the hotel.
My fruit of tips, booked the hotel through marketing instead of using apps :) maybe you can get a bonus like me :)

As for the room is quite spacious, it has gym and swimming pool, the breakfast menu is various.

Overall, it's a good place to stay :)

I was here for a seminar (kinda), it was a school program. We use gardenia conference (I think that is the name), it was spacious, cleaned, and comfortable. Food wise, it exceed our expectation, the refreshment was great, lunch was awesome. For services, it just perfect, the staff was polite, they were helpful. At lunch they stood by near to the bouquet but not in a way that it makes us uncomfortable.

As for the room is quite spacious, it has gym and swimming pool, the breakfast menu is various.
Overall, it's a good place to stay :)

Good breakfast, delicious n super yuuummyy,,,especially local dishes.
Suitable for family vacations because staying at Aston, said Mas Deni, can enter the Trans Studio for free.
Maybe next trip, if you come here, bring your family because you can bring children.

Have been a customer at Aston Tanjung Pinang for 5 years. The service is nice and humble. Stay at premier room, spacious room with pool view and have a tasty breakfast menu.. I really recommended this one for you when come to tanjungpinang

Maybe good not so salty or chillie hot..can hardly eat them.. otherwise no comments..cannot expect all to be too perfect ..compared to ourselves.. we have Our flaws too..😘Be Humble n Grateful n Appreciative..Forgiving n Compassionate..thks.

I coming for business trip and stay for 3 days at premiere room with pool view, i happy with this room because there is a working table in the corner. Only 10 minutes drive from the Airport Raja Haji Fisabilillah, they do provide airport transfer as well.
Aston Tanjung Pinang is a good place to start your trip to explore Tanjung Pinang.

Good hotel location, great breakfast menu (love the Lontong sayur! & nasi lemak!) it is really good taste , Cleanliness of the room good, staff are friendly & nice. good recommended hotel to spend my business trip

Stayed several days for business matters. Strategically located and quite near (10-15min trip) to the airport.

The staffs were very nice and very helpful during my stay. They sincerely accommodate and fulfill all request we required and more. Even those which came in last minute.

The rooms are spacious and clean, so does other hotel facilities. Health protocols are followed, and enforced throughout the hotel area in ways which still prioritize the guest's comfort.
The hotel even have their own Covid-19 prevention team who are well coordinated and trained.

One can opt for breakfast buffet or in-room service. The hotel also provide catered lunch and dinner for long staying guests. The menu was per standard but with many options and variety.

Noticed several parts of the hotel interior and exterior shows need of maintenance. Most probably because of the building's age.

Will definitely recommend, especially for business trips.
