Spacious and cosy room with pleasant sights. Nearby to local eateries but a distance from the activities and happenings around town. Staffs are generous with their smiles and assistance.
Do rent a car for travelling and sight seeing around town.

Rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Very accessible location with lots of food options and amenities nearby. Staff are pleasant and professional! Highly recommended for those visiting tg pinang!

I stayed at this place twice. Last visit was quite nice. We are being offered complimentary pizza. Unfortunately, when we exit from lift, you can immediately smell smoke. And I guess as the air conditioning is centralised, 3 of our rooms also smell smoke. I am a bit surprised here as I recall our rooms should be smoke free.

What I like the most is the breakfast. It provides one of the best breakfast that we had. Many varieties on the menu and they are all very delicious

I have nice experience when I stayed at this hotel end of September ago. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. As well as the breakfast also delicious and have various menu. Even the staff and security were also kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Nice room with a comfortable bed, spacious cupboard, Excellent internet connection, TV with many available channels, and a freezer is also available (It is very useful to store food for souvenirs). The bathroom is good (No bathtub, but it doesn't matter since I never wanted to use it) and there is also a hairdryer. The breakfast menu is also good with many choices.

nice hotel. my office use the ballroom frequently. they have a descend sound system and good house keeping. the food menu is nice too. i have not tried to stay in this hotel, but my office's guests were always stay in this hotel for convenient. they didn't complaint about the service so i think this hotel is very good

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Delicious menu at restaurant. Good for relaxing and escape from daily routines.

Cozy place. Family friendly establishment. Well placed and managed. Next time, will be our choice to stay and spend time while in Bintan Island.

Comfy bed cozy room with lovely interior design. Restaurant foods are so-so. Receptionist are friendly. Various meeting room size, good sound system and helpful team. Overall clean, cozy, worth the price. Will definitely come back.

A very good hotel ! The services, vibes, facilities are very nice for all of you who want to staycation in Tanjungpinang ! The room was very confortable. The omelette breakfast menu was the special one ! I don't hesitate to stay again in here next time !

the hotel that have a good service all around. spacious parking, wide variation of convention hall. unfortunately, the food wasn't really up to my expectations, but the service was excellent. for culinary experience, it's better if you went to potong lembu itself. for the stay itself, you can expect it from all great hotel standard.

It was a great experienced staying here with my family and friends. Nice room, great people, breakfast was awesome. And most of all thank you guys for the complementary cake for my Brother's Birthday...looking forward to stay again in this place...highly recommended..

Room is nice and clean. They offer a good variant of food for breakfast, but I think it's just so-so for the taste. It's nice that they have a decent Wi-Fi connection in the room.

I will totally recommend this hotel if you plan to stay at tanjung pinang . The hotel provides transport services to nearby malls etc (not free) at a decent price! Their beds, pillows and quilt were surprisingly much better than what I had at bintan lagoon resort ! Overall it's a nice place to stay for a few days !

I do the meetings and cozy place but for the wifi sometimes is slowly. And for the team CK is good service, good luck CK and the team. Success and have a service excellence ✨

Very big and 1 of the best hotel in Tanjung Pinang.

I am giving then 5 stars because of their service.
Hubby got food poisoning and was vomiting and diarrhoea in the middle of the night. The staffs help to look for medicine and help fetch us to hospital and clinic.

Room is clean.
Walls abit thin. Can hear people talking in the hallway.
If the can add a sofa in the room will be better. Not enough sitting area. We order food to our room. There is only 1 chair. One of us have to stand to eat.

Breakfast has alot of options.
Local food, eggs station, waffles, porridge.

The food prices and massage is expensive.
Food is around IDR 80k
1 hour massage is IDR 120k and above.
