The Westin Jakarta

The Westin Jakarta lives up to its 5-star reputation. The rooms are spacious with a clean bathroom. I love that it has a desk/table where guests can work comfortably. Another favorite of mine is the provided lavender oil that helps induce good sleep. Breakfast has variety if options both local and international. Shout out to the friendly and responsive staff! Overall, the Westin did not disappoint.

I am Titanium member and have visited many Marriott’s, but this one was the best one I have stayed so far! The room, the view…. The breakfast was incredible. Generally the service is superb, from everyone. Also special thanks to Lassma from the Westin Club Lounge who brought only for me a vegetarian dish from downstairs because the buffet has not too many warm vegetarian choices. She is the best!

• Room was sparkling clean. The room size was more than perfect for me and friend. Love the smell of Heavenly Spa products provided in the room; shampoo and conditioners made hair smooth, body lotion has good texture, shower gel was also nice. Lavender mist provided made nice sleep.
• Bed and pillow were perfect for my style.
• Variety of breakfast offers with ice-cream added during weekend.
• Club lounge available all days with good service and nice cocktail :)
• Service was absolutely amazing from the front door and security guard.
• Location was great being nearby MRT and community mall with restaurant opened 24 hours.

My time at Westin was outstanding. The Retreat Lounge was perfect for my meeting, plus the restaurant served delicious dishes, especially the grilled snapper with some kind of white sauce and mandarin cheesecake. Kudos to the chefs for their culinary expertise! Highly recommend this place for both business and dining experiences.

We had a workshop at Padang Room and everything went really well. Great selection of morning tea, and also lunch buffet. Can't complaint because everything as expected as how a five star hotel should be. I just had a little trouble on the road coming to this hotel. The main road was crowded and the roadwork on Rasuna Said is terrible.

A modern, five star hotel, situated in a strategic (business and governmental) area of Jakarta. I use to attend meeting and conferences here. The service is nice, staffs are helpful and the catering is good,

My stay at The Westin Jakarta was a stellar experience that far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort was truly impressive! 👏

Perfect location where is inside the Gama Tower and connect directly to office lobby. The room is spacey and has the view from 60th floor to all Jakarta. Breakfast buffet with many options and I spent the whole week to discover. They have gym and swimming pool on the 50th floor which I never found crowded.

The highest hotel I have ever stay. I didn't really like the swimming pool because it was indoor and the air circulation was really poor. But, the food here was top-notch. They have Japanese, Indonesian, Western, Indian, and so on.

The hotel facilities are quite new & comfortable and luxurious. We haven't been suffering from damp, which we could tell that this building is of high quality. The breakfast restaurant has a 360° panoramic view, which is a nice touch, so you can enjoy having meal there. But the menu doesn't offer enough protein options like beef and fish. And plus, It would be nice if the lounge had enough bottles of water so that guests take water at any time and don't have to make unnecessary calls.

Going here for iftar couple dinner. The food selections is ranges. Great services and good food tastes.
The place is full during iftar, but not that crowded. As the food options is quite range, you could choose less queue foods.

The hotel is the highest building in Jakarta. We had a big room with a great view on Jakarta. During our stay we received an excellent service by the staff. Tonny the restaurant manager of the seasonal taste made our stay with a romantic dinner in the room unforgettable and the service by Ari was great.

Fantastic second stay at the Westin Jakarta - my first choice for business travel. Rooms are modern but retain some Balinese vibes. Cleanliness of the rooms are great, and the bath salts were much appreciated after a long day of meetings. In-room dining was quick and food was decent. The only downside is the rather small entrance and elevator ride to the lobby.

Recommended for business travelers.

Not sure where to start. First off, coming from the United States, I have never experienced this level of hospitality. To stay the staff at the Westin are friendly, accommodating, and professional is just not enough. For example, I dinned by myself one night after having back issues and had a night in. The Dinning room manager Tonny Christiano, personally came over and offered to show me around. After he explained the entire offerings of the buffet, I was awestuck. That level of service is just something I personally, have never experienced. So when in Jakarta Indonesia, stay at the Westin Hotel and experience what Indonesian hospitality is all about. Had a very enjoyable CNY feast with family at Westin. The food quality is very good and delicious. The service is very attentive and gercep. Love the restaurant ambience, with live music. The seat placing is also good, not cramped at all.

Me and my family went here for a staycation. Once we arrived, the concierge assisted us really well. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have sweet fragrance flavors. In the bathroom, we got our dental kit, razor kit, bathrobe, even bath salts, and etc. The best one from me is the Jacuzzi!

With respect to the morning meal, I love the bagel soo much! The Mac and cheese moreover!! Also, attempted myself to try different yogurt, blended in with nuts, real fruits. Services is the first. They helped me whenever needed. Nonetheless, I hope they'll provide meals like Fish&Chips or pudding in the future!

The old westin. We meet again. Several minor problem. No tea spoon. Limited of tea option in the room, broken coffee machine. sheer controler not working. Everything else is fine by me. 60th floor.

I would like to commend an excellent service by Ms. Liew at the front door receiptions. I didn't stay at the hotel, but my overseas guests (who stayed at the hotel) praised her especially with her ability to speak Mandarin.
