The location is quiet good for biz and personal travelling. Room and service is excellent. People can spend time in SPA of hotel. Massage service is recommended. Ask for service from AYU, nice lady with good massage techniques. I will be there again in next trip in Jakarta.

Not only does the hotel boast facilities befitting its rating, but the professional staff truly added value to the experience. It was a stroke of luck to enjoy such value alongside an excellent price. Especially, Eno, Dita, and Cipta at the club lounge ensured a comfortable start to exploring the unfamiliar city, surpassing the standards of a concierge with joy. The chef at the club lounge served dishes that elicited admiration, showing deep consideration even for preferences regarding spiciness. The dining experience was of such exceptional quality that it was eagerly anticipated. Ajeng, Eko, and Bobby at The Back Room provided service that epitomized satisfaction with this hotel. Their warmth and endless laughter during conversations made for a delightful time, reminiscent of meeting long-lost friends. The satisfaction with the facilities and the welcoming care from the staff surpassing it will definitely make me choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The Executive Lounge at Pullman Hotel Jakarta is top-notch. The ambiance is nice, the food is delicious, and the staff, especially Ms. Reta and Ms. Dita, are super helpful. It's the kind of place where you can kick back, enjoy some great eats, and know that you're in good hands.

Upon realizing that I had forgotten an item in my room upon checkout, they promptly contacted me and made arrangements for its safe return. Their swift action and commitment to guest satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations.

Good meeting room facilities, the room was in the right temperature. We love the food everyday, and the staff was really supportive.

A very comfortable stay at Pullman located at Thamrin right across plaza Indonesia and walking distance to grand Indonesia mall. The rooms and facilities were well maintained and I buffet breakfast had a wide selection of Indonesian, Western , and other Asian cuisines. The staff were always ready to help and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I had a great experience staying at Pullman Jakarta situated at the city central by MH Thamrin Rd. early in the year. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. I stayed at the Deluxe room, which is very spacious and has ample space for lounging around, relax, and for work. The bathroom has all the amenities needed, clean, and spacious.

The hotel exterior may look old, but the inside looks refurbished and renovated. Regardless, the facilities were clean and well taken care of. Throughout my stay, the customer service has been superb; I was greeted every single time and felt really welcome. The location is also very strategic, just steps away from shopping malls and restaurants.

Never fails to impress me, one of the best hotels experience in Jakarta especially for Accor members. All staffs are very attentive and helpful, hospitality are top notch. From the doorman to the reception. Kudos to Pullman Thamrin keep it up 👍🏻

All the staffs were kind, especially the security, they were really helpful in finding me the available parking lot and it's great that they know what the exact event I was about to attend, that's smart! and when things goes wrong in my way, they were nimble and always ready to help, showing their perseverance and resilience. I think the security department in the hotel often times being underestimates while they are actually always ensuring guests and their luggage protected. Kuddos to you all!

As a platinum accor plus , plenty of benefit, such as free bfast and executive lounge. The insteresting part is they serve ala carte menu for dinner at lounge between 6-8pm.

Been here for attending an event. I love the ambience of this hotel start from the lobby, the ballroom, and the toilet. It's clean and big.

The food: It's yummy. Western taste like which is not that "medok".

The services: They're so helpful and friendly, so fast to clean everything, many people helps to do services.

The location is near from the center of center.

Very friendly, approachable & helpful staff. A big shout out to Hary at the concierge. He has been most welcoming with smiles from day 1 that I arrived til the loading of my luggage into the silverbird taxi to the airport at day 4. Thank you for your hospitality.

I recently stayed at Pullman for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect – close to major attractions yet tucked away for a peaceful atmosphere. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a breathtaking view.

The staff at Pullman went above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any requests.

Strategic location for meeting with nice ambience, good food and warm hospitality from the staffs. The venue is also very clean and smells good.

Rooms are a tad tiny but considering it has Japanese roots, it is forgiven. Location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is beyond excellent with its laaaaaarge array of food.

I’m only attending meeting in one of the meeting room. Great service from the technician for preparing the facility.

Sadly, the sound system was disappointment because the mic always un functional after 5 minute every time we using it.
