Room is clean and carpet looks dirty.
Gym is great with many equipments.
Everytime i came to the hotel while i stay there using grab or gocar, hotel charge for parking even only drop passenger.

Depend on how much you pay, the rooms and the service are quite good. Keep in mind that this hotel has been here for a long time, so the building is quite old and it doesn't look that extravagant. But everything is nice.

Bismillah. the hotel is good, the facilities are adequate, there is a prayer room. but unfortunately the men's toilets are not kept clean, especially the smell of urine is very strong

Great location on West Jakarta..easy to reach by public transportation or your own car.

Excellent room , clean toilet, many option and standart taste of food and drinks.

We have meeting and sharing session with old friends..it is avaliable for 200 hundred people ! But We start at 12.00-16.30 the parkir cost is 30K..what ..is it 10 K per hour ? I didn't check again.

The room was nice. it feels homey and has a lot of space to put your things. However, the shower and bathtub are styled to be one so be careful not to slip when you take a bath.

The aircon was superb when it was renovated.. Altough yhis hotel are a legend but they keep their quality..

It was nice to visit and stay at this place. It's an old building, thou' they maintain it very well. My daughters were very happy and we had a wonderful experience here. The dishes taste good also. Thanks for all the staff for being so warm and helpful to us. Good job 👍

I used to stay here for long period 1 month for every year back in 2009 and 2011. I love the overall hotel and it's services, including the staffs and bosses. Theyre very friendly and warm-hearted. The best I love is the buffets both morning and daytime. I love every food they provide. And I ever got 1 honorable free stay invited by the hotel.

The food is excellent, the vegetarian menu is amazing and beyond my expectation. The snacks are healthy and tasty. The place is luxurious and clean, so are the toilets/powder rooms. This place is the best. Though there's a bar that sells crazily expensive non alcoholic drink, this place is worth your time and money.

Affordable 4-stars hotel. Got a superior double bed room with bathtub & breakfast (2 persons) for IDR 433,000 . Overall services were good. Clean and comfort. Wifi connection was very fast. During pandemic, swimming pool is limited to 10 people per hour, so every guest should make a booking before coming (at 5th Floor).

Very nice hotel with a very good price and good service. For business in the area, it is a good place to stay.

Love the facilities and location. Although we did only get to check in at 5.30 PM. Waited in lobby since 1 PM. But understood as they were swamped by a lot of flood refugees and some of their employees couldnt make it to work. Breakfast was jam packed but they opened the ballroom to serve breakfast to accomodate that. Great management! And great price too.

I love the room, it's spacious, bathroom is also spacious with a great shower and tubs. The television is a bit small and outdated, need immediate improvement here. Cleanliness is okay, bathroom amenities are perfect, and a newspaper every morning. Sound insulation needs improvement, specially in the bathroom, the shower sound from next door is really loud. Breakfast choices are great, tons of choices, but tastewise is a so so. I didn't get the chance to try out the pools, spa and fitness tho, maybe next time. In room dinner menu is great but expensive. Location is easy, close enough to get anywhere, very close to slipi jaya plaza, just a few meters walking distance.
It was a good stay, will stay again.

It is just my 2nd day staying here for the review but it had been a good stay so far. The people working there made a huge difference. All of them smile and greet sincerely. The facilities are typical but my meals at the poolside resto had been really good. It is a surprise, having experienced other hotel food in Jakarta. The location is not in the bustle of central Jakarta but it is near enough to get to central for business within 30mins. I picked it cos it is near to my clients' offices and a good location to find food.

Strategic location, room is fine, front office try to fulfill what i want (non smoking with city view room). Good view from my room but house keeping didnt clean my room well. They are running out of soap at that time.

Good food, good space, handful of amenities, easy to reach from the Soekarno-Hatta airport. The egg stall is recommended, they serve delicious omelette. Have a nice ballroom good for wedding and office event or stuff.

Recommended hotel to stay when you visit Jakarta Pusat. I got room 1102, view from my room was a landscape of Jakarta, I can see CGV brand clearly. All staffs here are very kind and nice. Thank you for the experience!
