Apartemen Kalibata

Friendly environment. Great for couples and small family. It has masjid, school, mall, many cafes and restaurants. Good management and hospitality.

Nice place. Nice security. Safe place. I could walk around the apartment safely at 2 o'clock in the morning because of insomnia. But it is quite crowded apartment and the parking area is quite messy.

You can find every day in here a wide variety of foods, cheap lodging and friendly people.

Green Palace has its own charm sih. Security and receptionist are very helpful, kind, and people around green palace keep the clean environment. They also have protocol to keep.

A best place if you like the crowd. The lively ecosystem is multicultural and offer so many unique encounters. Food is relatively cheap, because the place have a lot street food to offer.

This is a residential appartment. The units are mostly tiny. It has three different complex: City, Residence and Green Palace. Green Palace is the one with swimmimg pool, fitness center, tennis court & basket court. Remember, the ones who can access the swimming pools are only those who live in Green Palace. The security often check your access card at the swimming pool.

Anyway, the best things about Apartemen Kalibata City are:

1) the access to food. There are so many food stalls, cafes, restaurants from traditional Indonesian food, european to Mid Eastern type of food. And the prices are amazingly affordable. Every night you just need to go out of the gate / the fence to find super cheap food stalls: Satay, Bakso, Nasi Goreng, Ayam Geprek, sampe Telor Gulung pun ada.

2) access to KRL (Komuter Rail Line). You just need to walk like 5-10 minutes to the station Duren Kalibata. Juga ada halte feeder transjkt di depan komplek apartemen.

3) It has a shopping center called Kalibata City Square. If has everthing we need: Supermarket (Farmers Market), coffee shops/cafes, restaurants, foodcourt, Acehardware. Bahkan Cinema/Bioskop pun ada. Yang gak ada ya paling Toko Buku.

But remember! The parking space is like hell here. Dan, siap-siap terkejud dengan berbagai kasus "terhitz" sejagad ibukota 😆😆😆

A very nice place to hang-out...

No matter people say, I love this residential place. Not too pricey, comfortable as long as you don't expect much. The only problem is parking space for your car.

Good apartment with reasonable price in downtown. The facilities for daily need are complete, available a lot of choices.
The pain to stay here is the slot of parking that not balance with the resident.
