A classic bakery in the heart of Gajah Mada, Jakarta. They sell old style breads freshly baked every day. As you enter, the smell of bread greets you warmly, with their bakers busy in the kitchen, right behind the bread counter.

I love how you can get freshly baked bread, directly, still warm, or even hot. Nothing beats that sensation.

Their bread is of the traditional style, a blast from the past. Fluffy, slightly chewy, and has that roasty note from old bread ovens.

One thing that you must get for your visit is not the bread though. It's the Risoles. I must say that they have one of the best, if not the best Chicken Ragout Risoles in Jakarta.

It' crowded on the eve of Lebaran....It's still the one and only Suisse Bakery....just info It's closed on 23 n 24 April 2023...Happy Lebaran....

Memorable bakery and pastry place for most trully Jakartans or reguler visitors. This place offers doughnuts, bika ambon, various fresh bakery and has lots of flavors. Unfortunately, we came a bit late in the afternoon and werent able to find our favorite buns.

This bakery has been around for ages and is always packed with customers. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they limit the amount of customers who can enter the bakery. They serve a variety of old-fashioned breads, jajanan pasar (traditional pastries), and birthday cakes. All breads and pastries are freshly baked from the oven and sold out quickly. So it is more likely you will get them while they're hot. Bread price range from IDR 9k to 15k. I bought srikaya bread and loved it!

One of legend bakery in jakarta ,, chicken bread and the chocolate and chocolate croissant are my fav ,,, the price is not to expensive but the taste is so yummy,, they have paper packaging ,, and also safe display because the waitress will help you to take the bread ,, last but not least you can also find fruit seller in front of the store

They sell various breads and cakes like the old days. From chocolate, milk, pineapple jam, banana, cheese, donuts, bolu and many more. Freshly baked!

They maintain the use of original recipe, so nothing's changed in term of taste. Just like in 1980s when I first tasted them.

The officers work fast and the cashier were manual but effective.

One thing: the price is considerably cheap or reasonable if compared to new generation bread.

Old school baked goods. Some breads we bought reminded so much about my childhood. And they tasted great, too! It’s now one of my must-visit places every time I go to Jakarta.

They provide variety of many tasty & delicious breads, guaranteed you wont regret, dont forget to try my favourite lumpia, while for the rest they are amazing too

It's one of the legendary bakery in Jakarta, the have so many variant of bakery product and also traditional snacks.

The staff is very friendly.. though it's quiet pricey but it's worth it, their Ragout Risol is to die for!!

The selection of bread was not much when I went there. The place was organized and clean. The bread it self was nice and had a unique fragrance compared to others, would not specifically go here but would recommend if you’re around the area.

Try their risoles, and thank me later. Absolutely the best risoles in town. One of the best old school bakery in jakarta, they have large selection of pastry and cake. They only serve take away though, dont expect sitting area to chit chat with your friend

The breads are really fresh from the oven. Restocked everytime until out of ingredients. Cash payment only, and the one and only store in the world

Classic bread but it tastes very good. Prices have followed the bread shop at the mall but it's worth it. I will give 5 stars if only the cashier is more friendly.

Very delicious bread, it is our family favourite. Never miss the place when we are around. They have a great bread that doesn't stick on your teeth when chewing. The place always pack with People. You will be helped by the worker to choose your favourite bread, because they didn't put any sign of the flavour. Here you can choose your bread fresh from the oven, you can even see the making of the bread.

Being the customers on this bakery since a m a kids.. until now I had two big buddies, we still love all the bread in here.. my fav one is roti jagung, so yummy.. Before they just accepted cash money but now you can pay by Qris code.. improved 👏👏👏

My family's favorite bread. It is a legend in my family. If I visit Jakarta, this is the one place that I wish to visit always. The bread are always fresh with unforgettable taste. Try the banana chocolate, pure chocolate and chicken...hhmmm so delicious.

Classic and well maintain their quality . Risoles, kroket, baso ayam, cheese, long John , bika ambon, coconut, corn, anything you name it they have sweet and savory choices

Traditional bread in Jakarta. Old but still famous from time to time. My favorite is milk cheese and corn. Their longjohn is pretty famous too. Too bad they don't have a nametag for each bread, so we must ask one by one to the staff. And for the price, i think it's in the middle. Not expensive but not so cheap.
