An upscale gym with comprehensive, well taken care of, and quality items. The items here are built to last and always kept in check so that they are always in service. The gym is kept clean at all times by the janitors. There are classes for all types of hobbies, a cycling studio, treadmills for cardio exercises, other sophisticated cardio machines, a functional area, and of course the complete set of weightlifting machines for pecs, lats, quads and hamstrings and abs and for all other variations and small muscles. Drinking water is provided. All areas are air conditioned. It has a large locker room, a lot of lockers, with a good space in the lockers to store quite a number of items. The locker room also has a number of showers with running hot water (shampoo and soap are provided), a sauna, and a few toilets and a couple of sink (in the male locker), a digital weighing scales. There is a body composition measurement which measures the fat and other detailed composition of the body. And the people are friendly and well mannered which makes the exercises welcoming and homely.

Nice view when in treadmill the coach also helpfull but the towel maybe you need find another vendor or maybe change the color to not white towel maybe
