RS PON Jakarta

They don't have a real specific schedule for each doctor (neurologist), so... have to make an appointment first. Especially if I want to visit the most senior doctor/professor: have to make an appointment to his secretary via Whatsapp. That's rather complicated, in my opinion.

In january '21 my mother was treated here (covid-19 & stroke) and they service was very good 👍🏻

I should say this is 1 of the best hospital in Indonesia, probably even in SEA in handling stroke patiens. Happened to my younger brother back in late April 2023 when he got stroke for the second time. Even though he eventually went to Heaven, but I was amazed at how fast the nurses and doctors handled tbe emergency situation. And yes they don't discriminate even if you use BPJS. Very clean and modern hospital, very professional staff and we couldn't thank you enough for the hospital staff for their true dedication to help the needy, rarely seen in today's hospital even in many countries. Well done PON, you had impressed even the most meticulous person like me 👍👍👍👍

The emergency staffs and doctors are very helpful, details and attentive. I’m amazed watching how fast and efficient they are handling the countinuosly incoming patients yet still able to give detail attention to the patients and clear brief to the families.
Also no difficulties on administration and paperworks even if u’re using BPJS.

one of the best hospitals in this country, I guess.. the doctors are good. and the nurses.. words can't describe how much I thank them for helping me when my mum stayed there for 2 weeks after her second stroke.

National Hospital with SLA 99%, My father in Law was have a brain surgery here with BPJS and only paid Rp.0, really appreciate also for all the Doctor, staff, nurses, security and back office. keep up the good work. Only concern about parking area, should be have a proper security systems and building

Good hospital and also good doctors, nurses very helpfull but they need to improve knowledge about how to procedures to be applied, so the patient will be handled sooner ...
