Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka during my visit to Indonesia, and I must say it was a delightful experience. After an exhausting 8-hour journey, the comfort of a good bed is all one can ask for, and Holiday Inn Cikarang exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows were simply amazing, providing me with the best sleep I've had in a long time.
The breakfast offerings were equally impressive, featuring a lavish variety of Indonesian delicacies. The eggs were exceptionally soft and flavorful, and I was delighted by the diverse options ranging from Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian to Continental food. However, it was the Indonesian cuisine and the delightful soft bao buns that truly won me over.
I cannot thank the team at Holiday Inn Cikarang enough, particularly Ajendi, Dayu, and Iffo, whose exceptional coffee and warm hospitality made my stay truly memorable. Special appreciation goes to Nandang and Wida for their attentive service during the evening dinners at Delizio Restaurant. Additionally, the front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me with some last-minute shopping, showcasing their dedication to customer care even beyond their duty hours.
My overall experience was further elevated when I had the opportunity to share my feedback with Diece Soraya, the General Manager, and Mohamad Ifan, the Food and Beverage Manager. Their professionalism and receptiveness to both positive and constructive feedback truly impressed me. In my view, Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka deserves a solid 5-star rating for their outstanding hospitality and service.
I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future and experiencing their exceptional hospitality once again.

Overall, it was a great experience. Right from my airport pickup, check in until the check out, all the employees served me well. I am really happy with the room, food at the restaurant, laundry service and the gym. Special thanks to the driver who took me to Ashoka restro. They did not accept my credit card after my meal. I have requested the driver, and he brought local currency for me. Later, I re paid.

Go there only for dinner, the food is good. And the service is nice. The view is okay with pool and high building around. There's live music and most important, they provide mushola.

Willing to help and very nice friendly staff. Clean room and modern decoration. My room is next to the street so it’s quite loud at night but quiet after midnight.

I spent one business week in the hotel and experience was above my expectation. Room very comfortable and clean, very nice service staff (many thanks to David at reception for his support). Sure I will recommend it to my colleagues. Many thanks to all staff.

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was also clean, comfortable, and spacious. They provide Korean and Japanese food stall for breakfast as well, which is another plus side. They're also using Dove for bathroom amenities and those are smell so good.

Unfortunately I couldn't explore the gym and pool because I needed to work.

Nice hotel..All staff especially Front Office, Restaurant and security are very true hospitality they all concern to guest needed.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Cikarang numerous times for business. The hotel is located in one of the busier industrial district at Jababeka. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices ranging from Indonesian, Asian and western cuisine. Since this hotel is also in the same complex as an apartment building, they share the same facilities such as thematic garden and gym.

There are also few restaurants, including a Japanese one, that you can choose to dine at. The hotel is a bit pricey compared to other alternatives but you get what you pay for.

We always choose this hotel during in Cikarang. This is not first time for us. Stafs was very polite, smile. In this moment, we got welcome drink and some foods where very nice. Breakfast also was nice especially for our children. We cannot waiting for the next moment. Thanks Holiday inn

Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka gave us great experience of staying and event support. The food was delicious, and room was comfortabl including the service from every staff. All staff here are nice, willing to serve to the best. Breakfast menu are full, cannot have in 1 day. My another favorite staff at the breakfast restaurants is "AYU", she is lovely, sweat, always welcome every guest with smile (even with mask, she smile throu6her eyes). Want to comeback this hotel every trip to work here.

Stayed several time in this very nice hotel located in a convenient area. Perfectly clean and well equiped with swiming pool and fitness room. The breakfast buffet is very diverse with good quality food and the service is remarkable. The hotel personnel is extremely profesionnal and outgoing, it is very appreciable. I recommend it.

Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel.
During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service.
Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

I can feel the luxury from the arrival to my departure. The room was comfortable, amenities was great, breakfast was so yummy. Thanks to dymar and restaurant team for taking care of us. Good job!
