We nipped in for a few minutes and ended up staying for hours. Kind, patient, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who were more than happy for us to spend as long as we wanted selecting the correct equipment. A big shout out to the manager and service engineer for their cool jamming session and making the experienced and not-so-experienced musicians feel at home. There's even a cosy coffee shop with great cappuccino! What's not to love?

Enjoyable music place to either visit and enjoying coffee or for sure surfing many options of your kind of instrument.
The staffs are friendly and the store manager is a professional musician himself, fully knowledgeable and give you good recommendation instead of just "selling" goods.
Location is just nice. So easy to find.

I'm seriously impressed with my shopping experience at Musicadei! When I visited, Pak Andy Owen, Mas Hanif, and the crew were so welcoming and friendly. They didn't just help me find the instruments I was looking for, but also made the atmosphere in the store really cool. They totally understood what I was after, and patiently helped me until I was satisfied.

The place was super comfortable too. Nice and cool, tidy, and clean. There was no intimidating vibe from the store attendants, so I felt free to try out instruments without any pressure.

The collection was also really extensive. Lots of instrument options from famous brands. I was genuinely pleased to be able to find the instruments I wanted so easily.

Overall, I highly recommend Musicadei for anyone looking for a cozy place to buy musical instruments. Thanks to the Musicadei team for making my shopping experience amazing!
