Stay for 1 night only, but get awesome experience here. There is breakfast for guests there. I don't see the facilities there like swimming pool, basketball court, etc because I don't have enough time to go there.

I booked 1 bedroom for 2 nights and turned out it was best deal ever. This reservation only required me to pay around IDR350k/night and it is included with breakfast. The facilities are top of notch, the unit is provided by fullset kitchen. Since the apartment is serviced residence so every day, there will cleaning team to clean your room and make sure you book for higher floor, the view is the best. I think 1 minor turn down is when you booked the apartment, you will require to deposit in CASH, yes in cash. Since they're not accepting deposit neither through bank transfer nor credit card. But overall, i will book the apartment for my next staycation plan for sure.

Building quality is supreme compare to newly built apartments around this place. Detail in design also well cared. Location is unbeatable for a living downtown, due to its super access to any district of Jakarta. Most tenants are expatriate and mostly long stayers, means they are happy staying there. Parking lot is private, no unit without car plot, all has it. Swimming pool view is gorgeous. View from room also facinating.

Wonderful stay, check in, check out was smooth. House keeping was upto the mark as expected. Customer service was excellent as staff was helpful. Furniture and amenities need renovation.

The serviced apartement in strategic location, Bendungan hilir, Jakarta. Only 1.7 to Plaza Semanggi and 3.3 km to SCBD. Sudirman station, Bundaran HI and Grand Indonesia is not too far from here. You can go with busway (TransJakarta) or order an online transportation (Grab, go jek, uber). for the rooms, I think this apartment has a good management system. Not a good thing when you rest in a bad old room built over 20 years ago. But it's not true if you stay here. The furniture still looks nice even though it is old.
