It was a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The location is quite strategic in the city center, very easy to find places to eat around here. The check-in process is very easy and fast, the staff is friendly, the lobby is not that big but very clean. The rooms are very comfortable, there is a smart TV, the toilets are also clean. the birthday decoration is really good

The room we ordered included breakfast. What was impressive about this hotel was the service of the staff who were very responsive and very friendly. The price per night is quite affordable when compared to nearby hotels.

Currently staying for a week. Rooms are quite nice, AC is working perfectly fine. The hotel staff is very polite. Also special thanks to Amar for helping out with my lost documents. He responded very fast I wish him all the best.

While the lobby might be petite, it exudes elegance with understated decor and impeccable service. My recent stay here was a delight, thanks in large part to the Front Office Manager's genuine warmth and attentiveness.

Kiki and Harry were very nice, they help us when we needed it ! The laundry is free, good break first, great room, there is everything we can need. The staff globally is very nice ! The hotel is in a very good area too !

Minimalist in terms of hotel facilities but big in providing a quiet, clean and cosy ambience that made my stay very pleasant. Their staff are very friendly too. Well done.

Got nice surprise, when we enter the room. It will be more personal if you can put the guest name on the notes, not just write: " Dear guest". Anyway, thank you for the warm hospitality. Comment on the server in the restaurant, please be more active to approach the guest, not only behind the counter or adding more food in the breakfast buffet. Taste of dishes in breakfast buffet are just so so, but it's still okay. Overall, it's okay. Will definitely come back again one day if I visit Jakarta again.

We were warmly welcomed by our host Amar. Even though we arrived a bit early, he immediately assisted us and allowed us to check in to our room ahead of schedule. This budget hotel is the hotel that tourists need. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, breakfast is available even though the menu is limited but the taste is very good, the location is very strategic in the center of Jakarta and it's very easy to find places to eat, close to the Sarinah mall, taxis are easy to find and of course the staff are very helpful and friendly. Additional facilities are available, namely a laundry room. For tourists who stay for a long time, this facility is very helpful. Everything is absolutely perfect. I can only add one thing, namely that if possible, the menu can be made more varied so that tourists, especially foreign tourists who stay for a long time, can try different foods.
