Visited 3 times Terminal 2. It’s around 1 hour drive from city center and Terminal itself is very neat and clean. Staff here is super nice and friendly. There’s 1 thing they could have is Install some ATM machines before immigration and VOA. For arriving passengers they can only get cash after exit gate. And Simcard shop doesn’t accept Credit/debit cards.
Like Jakarta airport Juanda T2 should have ATM’s before Immigration checkpoints at arrivals.

Nice and quiet airport. I went from the parking lot to departure gate in less than 20 minutes because there was no long queue at the security check & immigration. The walking distance is also not far.

The airport is big and staffs are really friendly, they guide and support too much for our flight.
Their is some store inside.
