Very good tour service. Would use them again when visiting Bali in the future. Prices are very reasonable. Gede Bob and his team were friendly and professional. If you need a driver do not hesitate to contact them. Ask for Verdy, Putu or Agus.

We used Family Bali Tours for our Ubud day tour in Bali as we prefer private travel arrangements that accommodate our interests and schedule. Gede Bob (owner) made the effort to discuss and customize the Ubud itinerary over several email interactions before the actual date of travel.

It turned out to be a wonderful day with interesting local and personal stories, sightseeing and experiences despite the occasional shower. Gede Bob led us through a traditional Balinese home and temples to get sense of the rich culture and heritage. We also learnt the extend Balinese will go through to get married.

The rain didn't dampen our visit to the paddy fields. We also managed to taste some Kampung Durian, Babi Guling (suckling pig), Luwak Coffee (civet cat coffee) and Javanese cuisine. The weather was hot and humid but the vehicle's air conditioning was a welcomed respite. The cold water Gede Bob prepared in the eskie helped too.

Gede Bob welcomed and looked after us like family throughout the day. We realized that's the ethos of his company. It was so fantastic to explore Ubud with "family" that we organised another to explore other parts of Bali in the next couple of days.

Really good company. We had 2 different drivers wich wasn't a problem at all because they both were super nice guys! They make you feel very comfortable right from the start and they know a lot about the places they go! If we ever come back to bali we definetely book them again!!
