very comfortable place for shopping!all the spg/spb is offering you warm hospitality and they're very talkative and informative. I love the place because it's so grand and not crowded. the price slightly more expensive compared to seibu though. but, I found shopping here is more exclusive (I mean overall plaza senayan,not only sogo). parking fee is standard(around 5k/hour),parking lot is spacious. so yes! I highly recomend this place for shopping (especially shopping for fashion,skincare care and other lifestyle needs)

I came yesterday to Giorgio Armani with my sister. My sister entitled on a “perfume sample”. When we arrived there, the person who incharge wasn’t there, so we asked the person who incharge beside this outlet. This guy talked to his colleague with his LOUD voice & told them: “Someone is asking for a perfume sample”. When he did it, I know what should I do next. Suddenly, the person who incharge came and said sorry that he was on toilet. He was so friendly and helped my sister to check all MyWay of Giorgio Armani perfumes with smile and patient. When I saw him, I can tell that this guy treat us VERY VERY WELL without thinking that we came only for the sample. The way he treat us made my mood changed and I said to myself that he needs an APPRECIATION. I asked my sister, which one she likes and straight away told him that I’ll take it. He was surprised and I can see pure heart and genuine attitude from him. THANK YOU AGUS!! You’re one of example that other employee need to do to their customers. NEVER JUDGE your customer and treat all customers equally. AGUS, you’re a great guy and asset for the company.
