I didn't know why this hospital gets bad review. Let me share a different experience of mine. I have never been here before so I didn't know much about this place, the procedure etc. However, the security, the staff and the nurses helped me politely. They even asked me what doctor that I was going to meet. Unfortunately, the doctor couldn't come due to important matter. They asked me to come the next day and they politely said sorry and gave the contact number to ask information first. The next visit, I made an appointment first through the number they gave me then the next day I came again. The security, the staff and the nurses were really kind helping me. I was even amazed by how they served me, someone who could get lost easily, nicely. When I met the doctor, I was even surprised at how kind, nice and great he was. I just graduated and I came here alone. I didn't know much how to use BPJS so I used my own money. GOD blessed this doctor forever, he helped me by prescribing my meds so I got the "generik" only. So, for the price, I would say it is much more affordable than I thought it would be (cheaper than the hospital I used to go) I like to say that it's the second place that makes me feel safe. Thank you, RSMPH.

Pelayanan dari lantai 1,2,3 dan rawat inap sangat baik.
