my fur babies' doctor since they were just born and I cant ask for better vet.

As their traffic increases, emergency or walk ins can be difficult, but if you can wait a day or so for treatment/ diagnostic, this is where you go. They diagnose thoroughly, will answer your questions and are updated with the recent advancement of med technology and vet meds since they do have a lot of vet affiliates they can refer to for specialist cases around indonesia and overseas. vets are open minded, are learners, and open to medical discussions.

Price point are higher, but with how my two cats who had been previously misdiagnosed in other vets are handled and diagnosed thoroughly here and with how sterile their clinic is, if you are willing to spend extra bucks especially for chronic cases/recurring condition that warrant second opinion, this is where you go. (my cats hates vet ofc but they have no choice)

A bit pricey, but it is worth it with the service and the place. This clinic is spacious, clean, and modern. The vet and paramedic are friendly, smart, and very helpful.

I think it is one of the best animal clinics in indonesia. Well equipped technology, loving and caring doctors. Maybe the service responses were a little bit slow because of the traffic of furry patients, however i can assure you they will try to do their best for your animal friends.

The doctors and staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Anang and Dr. Sheila are very thorough with their treatments. We are very happy with their services. We take our dogs routinely for check-ups with Dr. Anang and therapy sessions with Dr. Sheila they have always handled with proper care

Our 13 year old dog suffered from Pyometra and was in critical condition when we visited Gaia clinic. We made an appointment with Dr Anang and after the diagnosis, he warned that our dog needed surgery to remove the womb as soon as possible along with blood transfusion. There are multiple dog blood donors to match our dog and our dog was given the schedule to be operated that same afternoon. The operation was successful despite the high risk procedure. Our dog then spent a few days in the clinic for post-surgery treatment and is now home thanks to Dr Anang for the prompt response, Dr Cahyo for prescribing post-surgery medicines, and Gaia nurses who took care of our lovely dog. This is without a doubt the best clinic in town for our pets.

Great place to have ur pets health check up. The service was amazing. Dr. Anang cured my lovely dog. She had pancreatitis. But now is in a great condition. Thumbs up!!

The staffs are veerryyy nice and professional... the doctors are also kind and very experienced with handling many different kinds of animals.. now my pupper and i are a regular here... definitely will reccomend to anyone who's searching for a good vet.. thank you very much for all the help and care you gave to my pupper... she loves it every time we went to gaia 💜

Anjing saya berusia 13 tahun dan didiagnosa menderita pyometra oleh drh di malang. Karena ada pembengkakan jantung, beberapa drh di kota saya (yang saya datangi) menolak melakukan operasi karena resiko yang tinggi.
Oleh klinik terakhir, anjing saya dirujuk ke PDHB Gaia. Syukurlah di sini bisa dilakukan operasi pyometra. Sekarang anjing saya sudah sembuh dan ceria lagi.

Review untuk pelayanan sangat baik. Admin klinik fast respons, baik saat pra operasi maupun pasca operasi. Admin fast respon saat reservasi tanggal konsultasi & operasi, serta teliti dalam menanyakan kondisi terkini anjing saya sebelum dibawa cek ke sana. Pelayanan pasca operasi juga sangat bagus. Respon cepat dan informatif.

Untuk pelayanan admin rawat inap Gaia juga sangat baik dan informatif. Anjing saya operasi tanggal 6 juni 2023 (sore). Saya juga selalu dikabari & diupdate bagaimana kondisinya melalui chat wa & video.

Untuk pelayanan dokter & paramedisnya juga sangat bagus. Telaten sekali & sabar. Prosedur pemeriksaan juga runtut jadi tidak asal diagnosa dan memberikan tindakan.

Untuk tarif jasa juga sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diberikan & didapatkan.

Overall, sangat puas dengan pelayanan Gaia. Dan yang terpenting anjing saya sekarang sudah sehat dan ceria lagi. Terima kasih Gaia. Salam dari Malang. 😊
