The best senior vet ever. My 3 dogs are all handled by her. The results are always great. The place is more like a home than a clinic, that’s why my dogs are more comfortable, because it doesn’t smell like a ‘clinic’.

Senior & Dokter terbaik !
Saya punya 6 ekor anjing shitzhu, mulai berobat sejak 2011 di RS Setail. Ada yg ga mau makan, mencret, batu ginjal sampe stroke, smua di handle Dokter Liang (sampe hafal nama anjingku : Lady, Queen, Princess, Lovely, Dolly, Sasha)
Di kasih resep, belum habis sudah sembuh. Sampe Lady stroke ga bs gerak. pagi2 ke RS lgsg opname.
Salut sama dokter Liang, profesional (tanpa senyum) tapi bagus dan harus tega

Dokter senior yang recommended. Kucing rescue saya hernia umbilikus ditangani dengan cepat. 1jam sudah selesai dibedah. Kucing juga bisa langsung pulang krn dibius seperlunya saja. Recovery cepat

Kurang nyaman

I would not recommend this vet. she is a senior in the field yet she wrongly diagnose my dog for a long time & on reccuring incidents.
I brought my dog to her with vomiting and fainting case for multiple times (once every 2 weeks or so) and she diagnosed my dog with food poisoning, vomit because of eating grass/insects, gastric problem, etc.
later on i found out it was kidney failure (when i went to see another doctor that suggest me to do blood tests) and it was too late.
Everyone can make mistakes, but even after that she refused to take my dogs blood for blood tests in Setail vet hospital (she used to be a head vet in there). She asked me, why dont your (new) doctor do the blood tests himself? (which she clearly know, blood tests can only be performed on lab/ hospitals and my new vet dont have that).
Such attitude.

I insisted because I was desperate, my dog was dying in my arms, I told them I am going to pay, I am not asking it for free. The assistant then took the blood. It was confirmed then that it was liver failure. in 2 weeks time my dog died. I was very stupid for trusting this vet for years, should have double check the diagnosis to other vets. Pls do your dog a favor, find better vets.

Ini dokter hewan yg biasanya nanganin satwa liar di Kebon Binatang Surabaya. Jadi kalo diagnosa hewan piaraan kyk anjing/kucing agak ngaco...
