I had the same experience as the previous review. The most unprofessional and rude company. They even blocked me on WhatsApp after I simply asked them if they received my previous message. This is one of the worst service companies I have ever interacted with in the world. They are the most immature and unprofessional people, I can’t even believe this is a real company, truly pathetic. Avoid these guys.

Very unprofessional customer service. Attempted to contact via WhatsApp, no answer. Attempted to call, got hanged up on. Maybe service is only available if you can speak bahasa Indonesia. Would advise at least notifying English customers that office cannot speak English or refer out service to another firm.
