Clean and well maintained. Visit this place for the hot spring pool and the massage like shower jet. Visitor friendly and quite safe for elderly to get soaked. The water doesn't contained sulphur, instead it contains magnesium which is good for your heart, muscles and blood circulation, they said. So don't worry you won't smell sulphur here.

The hotel was old building since its from 1964, however a lot of renovation has been done recently. We got room in 3rd floor with view facing surrounding local residential area. Overall this is nice hotel to be choosen as healthy staycation with their natural hot spring water.

The parking lot is small with quite a lot of rooms, the rooms themselves are good because there is hot water in the bathroom and there is free breakfast and dinner

This hotel is a gem. I spent overnight here and felt happy and satisfied. It has everything you need for a city getaway: a very relaxing hot spring water pond and pools, authentic food buffet, and most important one is the hospitable staffs. Everyone is nice here. I felt so welcomed.

The room is also clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Gonna come here again whenever I visit Garut.

Hot Spring Hotel provides hot water from natural source. If you want to enjoy hot water swimming pool, along with high pressure with hot water fountain this hotel certainly a go to place. They also provide free snack (boiled peanuts, hot ginger drink). The room is quite spacious, in the bathroom there's a tub, but there's only hot water for every water running from water faucet.

Suggestion : come around noon to evening on Mondays and Thursdays (because it's when the pool has been cleaned & refilled with fresh new water)
Worth the price. Even though it's not located in the main street, it's a super proper 3-star-hotel, vast parking lot, nice rooms, nice view, and of course a clean hot springs pool at anytime! The shallowest one is about 1 to 1.2m, the deepest one is about 2.3m.
Super recommended for a family vacation, kids will love the pool so much.

Looks old hotel but still recommended. This hotel have warm water swimming pool and hot pool. It's natural hot springs water from mountain and the pool clean. Room are good and clean. Great breakfast also. One of option for you to spend time with your family.

Great place for holiday the suite is Luxury and comfortable, the bathroom is good, combination of modern and old fashion, but the bathroom door is rather difficult to lock because we have to use a wooden stick. The rest is fine

This hotel is cozy and nice, especially the hot pool, the breakfast is good and a bit various, the room is a little bit old but it's still a comfy place to stay. Overall, it's really a good hotel...

Hot pool and warm swimming pool is the best, but I think people need to forbid smoking in any area, specially around tables...it really gross when people eats, having childrens playing, and the adults smoked

The Best in Cipanas. Very old. For future if no improvement from management, market will choose a new one like Shantika Hotel

I was here with my baby at Saturday night. Ot was crowd but enjoyed every part of the place. The water is great and has a medical purposes
