My husband loves loves the food, not much on the beverages area at those time but heyaa, now I can choose two exquite 300ml japanese sochus (@270k idr). It offers the 750ml and 600ml as well.

Queu management is very good, the crew is efficient and quite attentive, bravo!^^ some are super amiable 🤗

This sushi-ya has one long private room that can/may be separated into smaller two. No smoking zone.

Excellent taste and service. One of the places I go to in Jakarta for Japanese cuisine. The place has a wide range of selection and the price is standard among similar restaurants.
Usually I order shioyaki set (salmon or saba) or unagi set for the main course.
Info: the restaurant has a ramp at the entrance for strollers or wheelchairs

This is the busiest Japanese dining that I have ever visited! No matter what time you wanted to dine in, you had to queue, especially for more than 2 pax.
Fortunately, there were only 2 of us ladies and we got a seat at the sushi bar. Price was very reasonable and food was great! Cant believe they serve a set of saba fish with rice and miso for only around Rp75K and the taste was super! Japanese also visited this place for their lunch. They gave you a coupon card where you need to stamp everytime you dine in. Overall: will return for sure to try other dish. Oh btw: the grilled squid was fantastic!😊

Great palce to dine-in inside of Mall Kelapa Gading, nice ambience and service, food was good with competitive price lower a bit.

Staff was helpful and always conscious for the guest needs.

One drawback is this restaurant oftenly got waiting list especially at dinner time / weekend

Great taste overall, with a fair price for the given portion of food. My partner and I ordered 1 Happy Salmon Dish, 1 Miso Ramen, 1 Unagi, 2 Kushiyaki (6 pieces), and 2 Salmon Skin Sashimi. Looking at the price, I didn't expect the portion of ramen to be so big and taste so great. The big portion of ramen made me barely finish my kushiyaki (6 pieces). One of the best ramen and sushi experiences for the given taste, portions, and price. Finally, yet importantly, the ocha is free, and you can always ask them to refill it.

The menu offered a wide variety of Japanese dishes, from sushi and sashimi to ramen and tempura.
The quality of the food, the ambiance of the restaurant, and the service all contributed to a nice dining experience.

Delicious nostalgic restaurant i used to eat back when i was much younger.. taste of childhood..the tempura is a must and salmon teriyaki tasted delicious, price of food is very reasonable also, salmon sashimi tasted delicious however the cut was a bit too thin for my liking. Overall still a 5 star review to me , i might be biased as this is a restaurant i’ve been going since i was 12 years old. 🙏🙏👍👍

One of the best japanese food i’ve had so far.

They have a lot variety of japanese foods. Better come before 6pm or you will have to wait a bit because this place will definitely get crowded.

Some of the menu i’ve tried:
Unagi nigiri : 9.5/10
it melts in your mouth

Inari : 7.5/10
Not too bad. There’s a hint of sweetness in it

Ten zaru soba : 7.7/10
Smooth, chewy soba noodles. Nice chilled broth. Includes some tempuras which is kinda bland

Chicken misodare set : 7.8/10
Pretty good. Nice charred, slightly nutty taste in the chicken.

Would definitely come back to try other menus

Very authentic, and delicious, japanese restaurant. It's been around for as long as I can remember, and it remains one of the best japanese restaurant in town. I highly recommend the dons, very delicious and generous.

I deciced to try this restaurant because it’s always long queue here.
I tried
1. Mini Aburi salmon don
the salmon is so fresh and the rice is so yummy, the mirin taste is different from other japanese restaurant. I give 10/10 for this menu.

2. Tobiko maki
The tobiko is fresh as well. And the rice is the same as mini aburi salmon don. It’a so yummy 10/10

3. Gyoza
It’a so juicy as well, the gyoza sauce is delicious 10/10

4. Chicken katsu curry rice
For this one, the rice is the normal japanese rice, but the curry taste is also rich and delicious. It comes with chawsn mushi as well 10/10

Now I know why this restaurant always long queue. The price is the same as other japanese restaurant but the taste and quality are superb.

Our most visited Japanese restaurant in Kelapa Gading Mall.
The menus are fusion Japanese foods, and majority are delicious.
Hot or Cold Ocha is free and could be refilled.

A casual Japanese reataurant inside Mall Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. It has been around for quiet sometimes, and usually packed.

Service is fast, pretty friendly, and they provides sushi conveyor in one part of the restaurant.

Sashimi is fresh, pricewise is pretty descent.

Katsu don is also descent, server would ask whether you want to have it with or without onion slices. IMHO onions add some sweet taste to the dish. Nice.

I chose Tonkatsu set from fried set menu. Order this set for your value for money. A la carte seems cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Set menu includes miso soup, chawan mushi, potato salad, salad, etc. The meat was a bit tough IMHO, but tasty in overall.

Pricewise around 500K for 3 people. Again, depends on what you order. Highly recommended.

Been years and still goin strong @ippekekomachi 🥢 One of the oldest and tastiest Japanese Restaurant in the heart of Kelapa Gading. Located at MKG, this one surely one of the top must eat whenever visiting kelapa gading.

All are delicious! Delicious are all! I have just found myself the perfect place to eat 🍣. Tried other 4 sushi restaurants but this one beats them all.

Salmon Plate presentation was exactly the same as in the menu, good sized items and beautifully placed. Taste was fresh and truly delicious. They put a smear of wasabi inside the Salmon Nigiri, which was too spicy for my daughter but was perfect for my tongue.

Tori Soboro Don consists of scrambled egg and ground chicken, tasted great too, son loved it. He finished 3/4 of the bowl. Bowl was shallow but it was just the perfect size for a regular tummy.

Zaru Soba or cold noodle was, even though there was no meat whatsoever in it, was in fact delicious, my husband said.

Place was bustling and full when we arrived but they kept it very clean and in an orderly manner. Staff were courteous towards customers. Service and food delivery were very fast as there was lots of chefs working at one time. Price was also affordable, you get what you paid for, it was worth our money. We paid 400k for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Food aside, I want to talk more about their to go plastic bags 🛍. Their plastic bags are not just regular plastic bags. They are not even made of plastics, they are #telobag. I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant for using the bags that were made of cassava roots. It's like the 1st restaurant I know that's using telobags.

Alright alright, telobags have been there for quite some time now, but still, it's cool to find it being circulated now. It made no crinkly sound like the regular plastic material whatsoever, it made nooooo sound~~. It feels like some sort of thin silicone material. It has no smell either. It's biodegradable, environmentally conscious and it will disappear over time even with just water. Would love to see more restaurants or places carry telobags instead of the regular plastic bags.

Overall experience: satisfied and it absolutely is now becoming our favorite place to eat 🍣.

Amazing food and service, authentic japanese taste with relatively cheaper price! Remember, it’s a japanese restaurant not just a sushi restaurant so u must try the other menu as well!!

Oldies but goodie, after all this year Still maintain their. For lunch better came before 11. The queuing here is always long.
