Location at West mall on 3A floor. Near escalator. Easy to find. Nice service. Crowded at lunch and dinner. They provide kids chair.

It's fast, comforting, and halal! Chose niku udon for its meat, but fell in love with their broth. They also have this tiny milk panna cotta with brown sugar (which Gyukaku famous for) only for Rp18K.

this place is strategically located near the stairs, so this place could be very crowded during peak hours.

they have udon noodle and rice menus. i always order the udon menu. i like my udon simple with broth, then i will order the side dishes like fried dumpling, katsu, tempura, and other fried dishes.

this outlet is not too big but not too small either. they use an open seating area, so you can see directly from the outside whether there's still an available seat or not.

One of the best udon in town with reasonable prices. My favorite menu is chicken katsu curry udon and spicy beef abura udon. Free refill ocha tea and lemon tea.

The place is always busy but the service is quite fast.

We ordered Beef Carbonara Udon, Spicy Beef Abura Udon, Beef Croquette & Nori Tempura. One thing i love the most is free refill for ocha & lemon tea.

I have been a big fan of udon especially the one with kakedashi soup. Super duper yuuum. I usually go with Kitsune Udon, the one with fried tofu, then adding the topping with various choices they have there... it can be veggie fritters, seafood tempura, chicken katsu or more.

They have udon menu, with hot/cold soup, and rice menu. Besides Kitsune Udon, You can also have beef curry, sukiyaki, seafood, over udon or rice. They also have children’s menu. They have the family set with udon and soup, then you can put or create any topping you like as well. You can have freshly chopped chillies, spring onion, and extra fritters for free. If you order hot/cold ocha and ice tea, you can have it refilled. Price wise it’s typical Jakartan range, around 55K - 60K per bowl, drinks around 13K before taxes.

The service is fast.. and very efficient. You line up, request for the menu you’d like to have and wait for your food being swiftly prepared. We just have to make sure that they do have the tables for you, especially during this pandemic where their capacity is only 50%.

During COVID-19, health protocol is fully observed. Temperature checked up, listing down our contacts, mask is obligatory and physical distancing is maintained.

I say the lining - up space is not very disability friendly but the dining area is. Perhaps with the help during ordering, it can help those with wheelchair or reduced mobility.

The food was really good and enjoyed it, I really recommend the Katsu chicken and shrimp tempura, the shrimp was super delicious! The only complain was the seats being very small and inconvenient for two people.

Love how quick the staffs here, it is so different with some branches in other shopping malls. Their service here is the best so far.

Recommended for you who loves udon. You have to try their side dishes like, tempura, shiumay, or katsu. Tastes so good!

Another branch of Marugame Udon in Grand Indonesia, located in food court so easy to find. Same like other, it's delicious. Price is same. Always there is a queue in weekend and weekdays during lunch and dinner time. Fast response and familiar staffs are another good points.

Niku udon is my fav one, the price is reasonable for the dish.

Its marugame standard in a good way. We came at 11 so no line but it was getting crowded at lunchtime. Once gotta wait 10min for condiment refill, but overall everything's just nice.

Fast and fuss free food experience, take yr tray and go ! Love the fast service concept here and the food taste great. Udon 10/10!
