I think Al Azhar as Education Facilities needs to improve in many ways. First is to provide a good and healthy environment for students and children. People are smoking freely in the school area and lots of cars park with engine running. This doesn't reflect that Al Azhar provides a good and healthy environment. Second is the Islamic way of life. All staff (security, parking attendant, etc) don't greet us with salam, and some of them are playing with a smartphone while students are arriving in the morning. People are not encouraged to dress properly within the school area.
I heard students curse and security staff not even remind them not to say those words.

People are expecting a good and healthy environment when bringing their child to Al Azhar, and not only for prestigious matter.
Good and proper Islamic education is fundamental for our future generations. Generations who will follow sunnah and the Quran as direction of their lives. I hope this wakes up all teachers to review and improve Al Azhar as one of the Islamic centers of education for our children.
