As newcomer to Surabaya's funeral home arena, it is never easy to breakthrough, especially this is not the line of business with repeat order opportunities. Grand Heaven managed to provide excellent service, one stop shop, with reasonable and affordable price, comfortable for the one left by the departed. Well recommended!

The best funeral home in town imho..everything is well thought,the service is excellent,the building is magnificent and super clean and they provided one stop funeral services like funeral home,crematorium and columbarium.. they also have the lounge for the deceased family to eat after cremation process

Menurutku ini the best rumah duka di Indonesia, adem, nyaman, ga ada haw2 serem sama sekali .. Dengan ruangan yang luas harganya udah oke, tenang aja ada paket menengah kebawah sampe terbang ke atas 😁

Untuk lobby seperti hotel berbintang. Konsep nya lengkap mulai dari awal smp akhir & juga kremasinya sudah dakam 1 gedung jd tidak perlu repot pindah2 lokasi. Untuk paket bermacam2 harga dan fasilitas. Ada yg paket beserta kamar utk keluarga, kulkas dll. Konsepnya sih untuk persemayaman yg kelihatan gak menakutkan😁. Ruangan besar & nyaman, bersih, kursi & meja, untuk parkir free

Rumah duka modern yang menyediakan fasilitas super lengkap, mulai dari penjemputan hingga pemakaman/pelarungan.
Area sangat terjaga kebersihan dan kerapiannya.
Pegawai sangat ramah dan teratur.
Ada beberapa area seperti di lantai ruang abu yang masih belum selesai, tapi hampir semua sudah bisa digunakan.
Area parkir ada di halaman luar dan ada parkir gedung, untuk sepeda motor diarahkan ke parkir gedung.
Gedung sudah dilengkapi dengan lift di 2 sisi jadi ramah untuk lansia.
Ada kantin serta menjual berbagai perlengkapan untuk berdoa.
