Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya

Seeing video reviews on social media like TikTok, many people thought that this hotel was just ordinary, but after I experienced it firsthand, I was really surprised by this hotel, especially the rooms. I stayed at the charm type and I was very surprised because the room was very cool, clean, fragrant, and had an extraordinary view of the city. Of all the hotels I've stayed at for a staycation, I've only found the only hotel that can be said to be very bold in its menu of dishes with very strong flavors, I really like it. because many of the ones I find are mostly bland and don't dare to taste strong. I was also very surprised by the price of the room which I could say was super cheap and got extraordinary facilities compared to other hotels which were very expensive but did not meet expectations. I didn't expect the room to be this good. I will definitely come back again. success always crown prince surabaya🫶

The room is relatively spacious.

The hotel is located in the city center of Surabaya, about 12-15mins to walk to tunjungan plaza.

The shower in the bathroom and the aircon in the room work well.
The facilities (kettle, hair dryer, disposable slippers, bathroom tissue roll) are provided.
The only demerit is the Wi-Fi connection was so poor, even connected, couldn’t not browse the internet.

Will go to stay here next time to Surabaya.

The hotel is in the city center, the impression from the receptionist is also okay. The room is very nice, the concept is offered for business guests. The breakfast menu is varied, and of course delicious!! May need to be noticed about guest vehicle parking pockets.

Been staying here a night for business and I truly love it. The ambience is really nice, the staffs are all really nice and helpful, and the facilities are complete.
Located near the center of the city, you almost have no trouble finding foods around the hotel

Nice place to stay. Nice view Has all basic needs such as a water dispenser at the hall, a water boiler, tissue, comfy beds, etc. The room can be cleaner though.

The food is good with many Indonesian varieties.

A little bit pricey relative to other hotels, but it is worth the price for the area 👍

I enjoyed my stay in Crown Prince so much. I think it was quite affordable for a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The linen was clean as well and what I love the most about the bed was that they provided body pillows! Also there's no funny smell in the bathroom. The hotel is located at the heart of Surabaya so I didn't have to pay much for the online transportation fare. I'd totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Surabaya for holiday or business trip.

I was very welcomed here, all the staffs are kind. The service was fast. I got a welcome card,cake and cookies set in my room. I stay in Classy type for 1 night. The room is big and clean. The AC also cold. There's no mineral bottle in your room, but they give a pitcher and glasses, so u can take a water from the water gallon in the corridor. Nice 4 stars hotel in the city center.

The place is rather easy to find since its located on the main road. the parking lot is bit limited, but enough. Staffs are friendly and pretty welcoming.
The room is a bit smaller than standard normal hotel room, and it makes the room looked so packed. The bathroom also a bit smaller, but the shower works nicely and they also give us simple basic toiletries like soap, shampoo and toothbrush. Nice view if you get the room on the highest floor. They have restaurant and bar, also, it only serving until midnight. There's also swimming pool. with the view towards the city, located on the same floor with the bar. The swimming pool is closed around ten at night.
Food decent but rather pricey since it's a hotel anyway.

Hotel interior is very good and comfortable. Room and bathroom is very clean, all things in the room works perfectly. This hotel located in strategic place, in the center of city and near tunjungan plaza. Hotel management offer free valet parking because of a little.bit difficult parking spot in the hotel, especially when holiday season. For a 4 star hotel, this is very good and very affordable. Definitely coming back here for next trip to surabaya.

Good place to stay in Surabaya down town.

A rally good place to stay, the location is in the heart of Surabaya so it's easy to go everywhere from here. You can also get the city view, the food is really delicious especially Ayam Bakar Taliwang and the Nachos.. I enjoyed the breakfast they prepared. I will come here again if I could.

- Great ambience from lobby, aisle, and your room
- Vast varieties of breakfast. From western bread and cereal to traditional "nasi kuning" and "jamu". Superb.
We spend 2 nights in this hotel and surprisingly they serve different menu every day. Magnificent.
- Environment friendly. They don't give mineral bottle in your room, yet they provide a jar so you can fill in water from water dispenser outside for free. Great Idea, and even better because sometime I have to buy another mineral bottle mainly because most of the hotel only give two complimentary mineral bottle that simply not enough for me. This hotel is not the case because I can free refill it anytime. Great.
- Price is great for me if you look at the location, food, and service they give.
- The room is clean and tidy. Nice.

- The parking access for car is narrow, but no worries they also provide vallet parking.

Went there for halloween ,cool event

The outside look of this hotel was small. But when you enter it, it was actually pretty large.
The rooms are standart, just like any other hotel room. Service is good. Vallet parking is free !
What catched my attention here was the restaurant. Good resto room. They serve various menu, and yes they're delicious.
