Kollabora | The Best Thematic Cafe in Indonesia

Best thematix cafe in town! The theme is always changing after a few months along with some seasonal menu too. Their waiters are very attentive and friendly. Must try : Puffa, Nasi Kecombrang Chicken (ask for a bit spicy), Soto Betawi, Melbourne Magic, Foamy Geisha and any of the steak, it never fails.

Their Christmas decorations were so pretty. Got some spots to take photo. Their veggie pasta and drinks were also nice 👍🏻 more surprisingly for me that this place open 24 hours

Perfect... Love the drinks, especially because I'm a coffee lover. Drinks are so outstanding that i need some time to decide which one to order. Love the London in-house steak. Asem-asem iga is really nice.Service is excellent. Real fast service time. Clean, nice and beautiful interior. The lucky no. 7 dessert is super nice. The tiramisu is also nice (l'm so busy digging into it that i forgot to take a photo of it)

I think they need to add more waiter, felt like understaff and took quite a while for a waiter to finally take our order. It is also quite take time to look for waiter if we want to ask for something. They have the best christmas deccor in town, two thumbs up for the effort. Food also quite nice.

Great service from the security in front who brings umbrella when it rains, to the server inside that welcome us during my time here.

A bit pricey but it has a good atmosphere. Food taste was good, the portion for a woman is too large. The food varieties weren't much yet no specialty. Haven't tried the dessert yet, can't comment on that one.

Delicious simple food with cozy and beautiful interior. The food tasted good, simple ingredients and recipe. The dessert looked very beautiful and tasted okay. For the drink, excalibur, it's similiar to cold brew, but very light and not bitter, unique coffee flavor with a little sweetness.

Coming here in christmas theme, the place is very cozy, food is delicious, the atmosphere is very warm and make us feel so relax.

They also provide wifi, it’s a nice place to work, chatting, or even romantic dinner 🌹❤

Finally, we tried this restaurant after months at home because pandemic. The cozy and warm place, good ambience with delicious taste of Coffee and unique "fruity" Ice cream. The price is a little bit pricey but the portion can be eaten by two people. Get promo buy one get one for the rice bowl.

Price is considered high in Surabaya, so for everyone who wants to come here, better prepared good amount of money.
The staffs are helpful & give good services.
The decoration is quite extravagant but yeah when we came here the theme is Valentine.
Overall experience is great.

This restaurant is so adventurous with seasoning. Many of the dishes are strong flavored and unique. The interior is nice, always styled depending on certain theme like Independent Days, Valentines etc. The employee is nice and quite fun.

First time visiting here. Saturday around 4 pm was not so crowded.

- I saw staff clean (disinfectant spray) chairs after the guests leave
- all staffs wear mask properly

I treid pasta (russian blablabla - forgot the name), it’s so delicious!!! ✅✅

Not as big as I expected, but I do appreciate their Cafe concept and theme. Kollabora change their Cafe theme according to event or seasonal activities. I visited during independence week.
I tried Their Fettuccine Rich Russian & Honey Shorter Rib.
9 / 10 Delicious!!

A very pretty restaurant I've ever seen. In the middle of the restaurant, you can see all the barista making drinks for you.

The service was really good, when I was there my family ordered two ice cream and had to wait for around 10 minutes, but one of their employee keep us updated about how long we need to wait for the ice cream.

It's kinda funny to see a tortilla chip on top of ice cream though.

Spacious space non-smoking hall with Arabian empire thematic interior, a smoking room with several table and a VIP room which you can book. Kollabora has it all.
None the less, the FnB is also a very important aspect in a cafe. Some of the food and drink that we try is worth for every penny that we spend. Kollabora is a little bit pricey but you get a yummy, delicious, and beautiful meals.
We try Black Cat Death (cold chocolate brew with charcoal), Lucky no.7 (it'so yummy), and also Canadian French Fries snack bowl with black pepper sauce (it's amazing). We try the dessert and it also tastes very nice.
The service is also quite good and they serves the meals in quite fast speed.

All drinks in the menu are awesome. Foods are good too. Thai beef salad is highly recommended. I love the island kitchen style for the beverages preparation. Looks neat and professionally clean. Good place to hang out with friends and lazy cozy ambience for little family outing. And the fact they open early 7am in the morning is awesome.

A magnificent coffeeshop in west Surabaya. Food, coffee, beversges, dessert are excellent. They have their unique & theur own taste on each dish. Very amaze with their decoration from Christmas, Valentines, Chinese new year and today was their 1st Anniversary
