Novotel Samator East Surabaya Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Surabaya, and overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the warm hospitality to the impeccable room service, Novotel Samator Surabaya truly impressed me in many aspects.

The room itself was great and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. The upgraded room were undoubtedly the highlights of my stay. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably throughout my visit, ensuring a consistently pleasant environment.

While most aspects of my stay were outstanding, I must address a minor concern - the food. Despite the overall positive experience, I found the culinary offerings at the hotel somewhat lacking. The flavors were not as vibrant as I had hoped. However, I appreciate the effort that the hotel's culinary team puts into providing a variety of options, and I hope they take this feedback constructively to enhance their offerings further.

In conclusion, Novotel Samator Surabaya is a top-notch accommodation option, offering superb service and luxurious accommodations. The small hiccup in the culinary did not overshadow the overall excellence of my stay. I had a fantastic experience staying at Novotel Samator for 2 nights for a family event.

The room was spacious and clean, providing comfort and a pleasant ambiance.

The hotel boasts a large and inviting lobby, and from there, we could access the restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast menu offered a diverse range of options, from local Indonesian culinary delights to international choices. Personally, I enjoyed their soto ayam and traditional snacks.

I booked deluxe room for staycation with my family. surprisely, i got long sofa even it was deluxe. they has kids corner and my kids very excited played there abd they has 2 types of pool, for child pool with 0,5m depth and big pool with 1,2m depth. for breakfast, they made. otton candy and popcorn, so my kids was so really happy. very recomended 👍

Her responsiveness, even during late hours, when most wouldn't expect assistance, showcased her commitment to ensuring our day was exceptional.

I choose to stay here because it's convenient for my wife and my son. It has a pool, child' playground, and it a little bit far from main road, so my son could walk outside safely

Unfortunately we only got to stay in the hotel for a few hours to sleep before we had a mount bromo tour. The room was very nice. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The AC blew cold and stayed cold. We wish we got to sleep there the whole night!

This is a special occasion for me, as I'm having 4th anniversary along with my birthday (yes I did married on my birthday so I don't have to celebrate twice lol), Novotel Samator have been my go to hotel for staycation since couple years ago, its like a second home to me, especially since I'm retaining my platinum status, I always spend nights in novotel samators around 1-3 weeks per year.
But this time they upgraded my room to Superior Suite with perfect bath tub and perfect rooms size for our little celebration, thank your for the hearts team, I'm truly feels like home with these hospitality and planning to revisit this Feb-March and Early April, see you

I stayed for 2-nights at Superior Suite. Pre-check in and during stay, Novotel Samator Team assisted me and my daughter so well and made our stay so comfortable and definitely come back for next holiday season.

very comfy, clean, spacious room for a bargain price.
parking spot is very easy and in a basement so its safe if its raining. There is a nearby ATM and Indomaret (conv store). Not far from airport too.

Location not in centre but near to airport.
So it's less traffic.
Good coffshop parigie coffee also have indomart BCA atm in this location so no worries for small things required.

This is the second times I stayed here. The experience is very well, the staff are good, the facility is good too. For breakfast is very good, many choices for appetizers, main course like fried rice or noodles, and the dessert is more than enough.

I did not stay there, but I simply attended a full day meeting there. I like the meals and the service there. I hope that one day I will have a chance to stay there in order that I can give a review about the rooms.

Novotel Samator is always my main option whenever I am on business trip to Surabaya because as a platinum member of Accor they always upgraded me to their best room.

The level of service I received at the hotel was nothing short of phenomenal. From the guards to the restaurant staff, each person has shown me an exceptional level of hospitality that has left me a great first impression of Surabaya and Indonesia (I am writing this at a higher rated hotel of the same group and in the same city and can confirm that the service I received at Novotel Samator is far superior).

The room I was given did have its flaws, including draining issues in the shower and minor stains on the carpet. Overall, it’s a nice modern hotel with spacious rooms and good amenities. I will definitely coming back when I return to Surabaya.
