Been here many times after gym and groceries. Waiters are friendly.
Place it's not too big and quite clean. Good news, they open from 8am, for those who want to have breakfast here, can come here.

Hmm it's just like any other Hokben outlets (taste and price)... The air is not so cool here, the lighting is not so bright, rather crowded/hectic at lunch time (people come and go including those who just pass by here).

If you live in Cilincing sub-district, you'd better go here to get your hokben because the quality here better than the one in Cilincing.

The place is quiet, near the parking lot and in gate. So it's easily accessible. Worth my time and money to eat there. Very recommended.
