My own mom admitted to RS PIK , fifth floor room no 5220, assisted by Nurse Sisca in the morning , Nurse Maria in the evening. Attentive, friend and Dr Mulia is one of the fine doctor that assisted my mom

Second time Penelope stayed at RS PIK with the same room 7605, she was diagnose with Bronchopneumonia. She was handle by a team of nurse who were very professional and caring.

Now she has recovered and can get back home.

Been admitted to this hospital for a few days in room 7505. The VIP room is super nice and comfortable with complete facilities. The nurses take care of you very well and makes sure you're never uncomfortable. The food is made exceptionally well so eating is not difficult even when you don't have much appetite. Very satisfied!!

We stayed in room 7506 for the past week for dengue treatment. I must say that the service is great, the doctors, nurses, lab dept, also to mention the F&B, housekeeping as well as the security team. Everyone was very informative and very respectful. The nurses was quick, kind and friendly, and was very helpful throughout our stay, even at night. We will definitely recommend the doctors here in the hospital.

Stayed in the vip room of 5217 for HFMD treatments and i would like to say thankyou cus it has been a great experience. One thing i like to note is the services. Since my illness are highly contagious, my relatives aren’t allowed to stay. But even that, i could still rely on the doctors and nurses here to treat me extremely well. They are all very attentive, patient and accomodating which i’m really grateful for as it made me feel more comfortable despite my illness. I would say the services here are exceptional and exceeds normal standard. Would definitely recommend this hospital to those who is in need of medical care. Overall very satisfied. Recently, I had an infection from a leg wound that required admission to RS Pantai Indah Kapuk. For over 2 weeks I stayed and was cared for in Room 5201. During this period, I found the nurse's medical training, professionalism (and caring attitudes) to be exceptional. In my experience Pantai Indah Kapuk Hospital exceeds global standards. As such, I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to anybody requiring high standard medical care and caring service. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much.

Experienced, professional, and very helpful team of doctors and nurses.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily, including linen and towel replacement.

Gave birth twice at RSPIK! Always had a great experience from Polyclinic appointments, Smooth delivery process until my stay during recovery at RSPIK. Never had any problem even post-surgery. The nurses always handled & catered to patients very promptly & informative. Also biggest Thanks to dr Tjien Ronny for delivering my two baby boys in great condition . Best obgyn ever 👏🏻

the doctor and nurse was really helpful here. was stay in7610 vip room. check in process really fast and really help patient need. The food was interesting they provide various food and snack.

Kudos to the team at Rumah Sakit PIK! Our family is very impressed with the attentiveness of all the nurses and especially a shoutout to Dr. Riki Tenggara who is superbly experienced in handling our case. All the staff are well-experienced with top-notch service; they are very gentle and patient in answering all our questions. Most importantly, the entire team was able to ease and handle all our worries and concerns in the quickest way. Thank you to all of you power nurses and Dr. Riki and not forgetting all the housekeeping staff as well as kitchen staff during our stay from 14-24 Dec'23 in Room #7620!!

The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Nurses and doctors are super friendly and prioritise your comfort.

(6310) I had surgery here and the aftercare was amazing. The nurses took great care of me and the doctor was really good.

The place is so clean and well organized. The restaurants itself is affordable and there are so many options of food that you want to get from snacks to main course.

It’s a pleasant experience. The doctor and the nurse assisted our needs very well. They also explained the issue and addressed the problem very well.

This hospital has the very best services. My baby was hospitalized for four days here. The nurses are friendly and love children. I called them many times, and they came quickly. They also respect the boundaries and treat my baby very well. And another excellent parts are the food and the doctor. The food is super delicious.

This is the hospital where my wife gave birth to our first son 😃 the hospital has complete services + facility, and I personally love the interior here, so calm & peaceful, one of the best in West Jakarta with reasonable price...

And they have cafetaria with great food as well, so the visitor and family don't have to go outside of complex to eat...
