At a glance, the place may look questionable (a bit unhygienic etc) but when you finally get in and talk to the staffs, you can see they are quite legit. It has three parts, examination room, front office and their back office which is private.

The people was professional although they never picked up my call but that's alright probably cos they were busy. So I went there and after I met and spoke to the staffs directly, I decided to get my two cats to be looked after at their pet hotel. When I actually met them, they were responsive and seemed to know what they do. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the service. They did their job well and price was reasonable (40k/night per cat). I could also see there were so many reptiles (tortoises) were getting sunbathe.

Awalnya nyasar nyari tempatnya soalnya tempatnya kyk tempat biasa & didalem komplek, tp soal pelayanan gausa diragukan👍🏻👍🏻, expert untuk hewan exotic/reptil, untuk hewan lainnya pun juga bisa. Untuk harga pun terjangkau. Cuma ruangan tunggu/kasir rada gelap gitu cahayanya. Selebihnya mantap sii 👍🏻👍🏻 kesini antar geckoku perut bagian bawah sobek karna kucing

dokter dan paramedisnya sangat ramah dan menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan baik. harga tidak berlebihan. terimakasih sudah membantu hewan saya yang sakit 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 sukses selalu untuk kedepannya.

Pelayanannya bagus, fast respon juga via wa sebelum dateng kesana.. dokternya mau jelasin dgn sabar dan detail harga menurutku standart 100,000/hewan kebetulan aku peliharanya sulcata… masalah tempat ruang tunggu sama periksa ya okelah… mungkin kalo teras lagi diperbaikin ya

Dokternya ramah super duper baik mau mendengarkan riwayat rinci kucing saya yang kena masalah ginjal, pelayanannya top banget, terimakasih banyak dokter! Kucing saya tidak bisa kencing jadi langsung di pasang kateter sekarang kucing saya sudah pulih dan sehat kembali.

Mungkin bisa lebih di perluas untuk parkir kendaraan nya sih
Untuk penanganan nya saya akui bagus sekali, detail sekali untuk menjelaskan sakitnya, kebutuhan, pakan atau obat nya.
Sayangnya setelah beberapa hari (semingguan) di rawat lusanya meninggal 😭😭.
Tetapi saya tetap berterima kasih sekali atas penanganan yang bagus sekali
