Our driver Froggy was the best! He was very informative and we all had laughs and a great time.
The views at sunrise were beautiful while enjoying the hot springs.

Mount Batur sunrise tour. Ketut is the best. He made the experience so
Memorable and special. His breakfast was fantastic and his explanations and patience throughout the hike really added to the experience. The hike and sunrise did not disappoint. The coffee plantation was a bonus and the view of the lake and farmland from above was an added experience.

Had a lovely sunrise hike up Mt Batur with guide Gunawan. He took great care of us, and showed us some fantastic spots for photo taking. Fully satisfied and would recommend!

I really recommend the hike to Mt Batur. My driver Dib was on time and very nice. The guide was also super friendly and took care of everything. It was definitely worth it to wake up so early !!! You must do it !

Fully recommended. We went for the Mt Batur trekking + hot springs variant. Our driver showed up punctually at 2:30am. They took us to the trailhead where our guide Ketut waited for us. The hike was short (2h) but quite steep. Ketut did amazing job keeping the right pace and telling us many interesting facts about the mountain and people who live around it. When we reached the top we could look at the majestic sunrise with a cup of tea while Ketut prepared and then served us breakfast. The whole trekking part was really awesome. After trekking we could rest in the hot springs which was a perfect ending of a perfect trip.

We did the trip with Made Sucita as a driver booked through getyourgeuide. He did an amazing job picking us up and organizing the day. Also the hiking tour guides were doing a great job. Overall a super nice experience. Can recommend 100%

Amazing experience. We did the Ubud day and it was super good value for money. Definitely the best way to explore the whole village in a day. Ketut was very helpful, prompt messages at booking to confirm pick up. He was so tolerant and the family didn't feel rushed in any way.
At the end we were dropped to our next destination as well.

We had the most amazing snorkelling day tour on Nusa Penida Island! Everything ran so smoothly, Agus was the best tour guide - picking us up from the hotel and accompanying us the whole day as we snorkelled and saw the sites around Nusa Penida. Would highly recommend and the trip is very affordable :)

We climbed Mount Agung with the great help of our guide Leni, who was patient and helpful all the way up and down and we were lucky to have an amazing sunrise to make the tough climb worthwhile!

We booked the mount batur sunrise trek but the day of our activity the weather was howling wind and rain all day, we most likely wouldn’t have seen the sunrise due to clouds and my wife didn’t fancy climbing in the rain with her dodgy knee. We contacted the company and mentioned our concerns they gave a full refund instantly no questions asked. Amazing customer service, we are back in Bali in January so will be booking this trip again with this company (hopefully with sunshine!). Thank you. 🙏🏻

They were very kind and patient to people that were struggling with the walk, very friendly, breakfast on top of the volcano was lovely and the view itself.
Coffee plantation on the way home was also lots of fun!

We completed the sunrise jeep, black lava sight and hot springs tour. Was amazing and kadek really made it a lovely experience. Went above and beyond with the pictures he took for us. He had a speaker on board and was very smiley and friendly. Everyone in Bali is really nice and Kadek is one of the nicest people we have met! 10/10

Had a wonderful day on the Instagram tour with Joni as our guide. So helpful and considerate. Brilliant for someone trying to squeeze in Balis beautiful sites to a short trip. Recommend bringing snacks and get a good night's sleep the night before!
