I've now acquired and renewed tourist visas for two trips through Let's Move Indonesia, and I've always had a pleasant experience. Ahead of submitting my first application, I was in touch with a representative (Ervan) who was very helpful in addressing any questions and concerns I had. Ervan has been my main contact at the company since then, which has made it easy to get quick and accurate answers to subsequent questions. Renewals have been pain-free and flexible. I was able to renew a visa on my own outside the usual areas of service with some help from a visa administrator (Jessica). LMI makes the difficult VOA extension process easier. It still takes time, but you only need to go to the Immigration Office in Jimbaran once.

Very rarely do I write reviews on Google, but I had to make an exception for LetsMoveIndonesia, and, specifically, Cristina. I was SO confused about the visa process for getting into Indonesia (Bali), and with every website saying something different and regulations seeming to change every day, I honestly had no idea where to begin!

I saw LetsMoveIndonesia mentioned on Reddit, and got in touch with them via email. Cristina then gave me her WhatsApp, walked me through the entire process, explained how it all worked, and I decided to choose the express visa package. My visa was issued within 2 days, and I successfully landed in Jakarta a few days ago.

Why I'm SO impressed, however, is the fact that Cristina made herself available on Whatsapp for EVERY question I had, helping me with everything from figuring out what documents/PCR test I needed to get into Indonesia, to helping me pick the quarantine hotel and helping me book my flights to Bali and explaining everything.

Applying for a business visa to enter indonesia it was a very stresfull part and it was challenging. Due to of the regulation of Indonesia-UK goverments during covid 19 pandemic, I really have to say that i was impatient person but you guys are very patience, helpful and cooperative especially miss Alya Andini.
