Had my hair done by Mas Agus and Mas Pur, and I’m OBSESSED. They truly have a magical touch in styling my hair! Giving me a natural cut, color, and a permanent blow – all expertly done. I had my first under and side cut with hairstylist Okta at Alfons (Lotte Ciputra) in 2020. I was nervous as it was my first time. Okta was very helpful just like all the other staff at Alfons salon. (I am also her first client for under and side cut. )
Okta was patient with me, even though I asked her to take picture at every step 😅😅 She made sure I was comfortable with the process.
This is my third year and I continue getting the exact haircut (hair tattoo) that I am looking for. I feel satisfied with the services (especially with my haircut).

Alfons is seriously the best place to get a haircut. They are professional, attentive, skillful and patience. Mas Mansyur is my favourite hairdresser but other hairdressers here are also known for their skills.
The best thing about the haircut here is that when we came to the salon for a haircut, they do not immidiately wash our hair. But the hairdresser would come to us, check our hair in normal and dry condition, and see our haircut model reference. That is a PLUS! The hairdresser cut our hair attentively and in several stages, to make sure we are happy with the hair cutting progress. You would also be happy with their customer services, start from the welcome entrance, the beverages they offered and the warm ambiance. Thank you alfons!
