I dropped in for a quick wash and cut on a Saturday morning and was positively impressed with the service level of the salon and the quality of the cut of the stylist.
You can pick your stylist from a menu which also shows the price of each stylist. The prices don’t vary very much. I opted for Iwan who was at the slightly higher end of the price spectrum. I first got a thorough hair wash and head massage. Not my thing normally, but this was short and intense and felt great. After almost no waiting time Iwan was ready to cut and style my hair. He was very precise and thorough and did a great job. He also showed me what the previous stylist (different place of course) had done incorrectly and what to watch out for next time I get a hair cut.
I will most certainly come back to this hair salon next time I need a haircut in Jakarta, and will hopefully have the benefit of getting a professional cut from Iwan again.

Anto was absolutely delightful. My hair is a bit damaged and his primary concern was making sure I had healthy hair — even if it meant I could only do minimum coloring.

I spent around 1.4 million (100 usd) for a trim, wash and blow out, and coloring.

The only very mild complaint I had is, the location of the salon is right at the center and if there is a live event happening in the main atrium downstairs it can get VERY loud. I did not mind it but if you’re looking for tranquility, try to avoid weekends (the big events at malls usually happen during the weekend).

got a fresh pretty layer haircut with Mr Andi, and a wonderful service by Ms Uti who washed my hair… not only she massaged me on the service, she kept me companied + gave extra shoulder massage while I was waiting for the blow dry service 😊 thank you so much!
