I recently had a four-day stay at Adi Husada Hospital and I am pleased to share my positive experience. The hospital's staff, particularly the nurses, were exceptional. They were attentive, caring, and always ready to assist. The nurses were not only skilled in their duties but also showed genuine concern for the patients' well-being. I would like to highlight their professionalism and dedication, which significantly contributed to my overall satisfaction with the hospital. The hospital's cleanliness, facilities, and organization were also commendable. I would highly recommend Adi Husada Hospital and would rate it five stars for the quality of care and service provided.

Got a little operation performed by dr. Bambang Soegianto Sp.B, a very skillful, kind and gentle doctor. Stayed at ward D4 for this treatment, big shoutout to the nurses here which are very kind, patient, and ready anytime to help, even in the middle of the night. Thank you for all the services.

Right now, RS Adi Husada Undaan is the only private Hospital that can be considered as a Cancer Center.
Friendly, Helpful and Attentive personnel.
They have a cozy Excelso cafe as a waiting place.
Need more ATMs, especially from Bank Mandiri, and if possible adding another from Bank Central Asia.

I was in Surabaya in early September. I was a member of a small tour group.

We stayed at the Hotel Majapahit.

I went for a walk to look for a particular laneway (kampung) as I wanted to find a man who had helped me on my previous visit in 2014.

I hit my head on a low overhanging roof and cut it. I returned to the hotel where the staff were extremely caring. The hotel medical staff gave me first aid. They provided a car and a driver, Fadli, who drove me to the hospital.

At the hospital I was given a very high degree of care and attention. The hospital is a first-rate establishment.

I did not have sufficient cash with me and my credit and debit cards were in the safe in my room in the hotel. Fadli very kindly loaned me the difference from his own pocket. He drove me back to the hotel where I immediately repaid him. The hotel staff also ordered the medications that I required and had them delivered to the hotel.

I was supposed to return to the hospital to have the bandage renewed. This was a problem as the tour could not wait. The hospital staff and the hotel staff conferred.

The hotel's medical staff changed my bandage before the tour left on the next leg of the journey.

I am deeply grateful to the staff at the hospital and at the Majapahit Hotel for the wonderful care they took of me.
