The place so aesthethic with a great ambience. I like how every people there are super duper friendly. I got a very goos treatment here, every step they explain to me so im not confuse of what happen (cause this is my first time to get perm). I love how they take care of me during every step especially when the heating process. I have a very slight hair with no volume at all, after get new haircut with a simple layering and perm, im finally get my dream hair. My hair looks more healthy cause of the volume created. I’ve been a customer here for 10 years—have done numerous sessions of hair coloring plus bleaching (also some treatment packages) and the quality of service has been very consistent. I always get my hair color changed and bleached here annually because they have a vast collection of colors that i long for, but my hair never got damaged throughout all these years. this was actually my first time getting a balayage. it took nearly 3 hours because my hair is slightly below my shoulder. i was treated by a very experienced stylist, Febri. and a couple more staff. her recommendation is worth to follow because the colour she picked for me made my face a lot brighter. Febri and Dinda definitely left a pleasant impression because they listen to my request, treated my hair very gently and gave me good advice to look after my hair. i highly recommend this salon if you want a service with a heart and excellence.

been a loyal customer since 2011. i never chose a specific hairdresser when i came to this saloon until my last visit on october 11. i chose febry and she did my hair very, very much to my liking. i have thick and unruly hair but febry managed to cut my hair in a way that i look like i have a beach wave hair without i even need to use a hairdryer, just a touch of wax and all good. she knew my hair type and condition, and how to create the best wavy bob hairstyle out of it. super love. will definitely ask her to cut my hair from now on!
