Had a good dinner . Fast service and yummy food . The chicken curry and pop chicken was good . The dendeng also was yummy . A must visit for padang food lovers .

I recently visited Simpang Raya. Overall, I was very impressed with my dining experience.

First off, the service was exceptional. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions for best menu. The pacing of the meal was also perfect - we never felt rushed, but we also didn't have to wait too long between courses.

In terms of value, the prices were on the higher end, but I felt like the quality of the food and service justified the cost. This is definitely a special occasion restaurant rather than an everyday spot, but if you're looking for a Padang Restaurant, Simpang Raya is an excellent choice.

The legendary Minang resto with a mosque/mushola right behind it. Now the resto provides also coffee and you can taste it with spicy or savory fried chips served on each table.

Nice place for eat with family and college, but u know sederhana taste...

One of the most delicious spicy food I've ever tasted including Teh Talua as a special drink.

After wait for 1 hours 15 minutes in rumah makan ciganea ( kemayoran ) for nothing… simpang raya still is the best.. and i finish 8 chicken 😅 …

One of the best rendang for the price, very authentic padang, clean space and fast service. 3 out of 4 meat is fine in rendang while 4th is hard. Dendeng is good and pop ayam , ayam goreng and amchovy goremg was good.

Top of mind! This is where you can find great taste of Minang cuisine. The food and beverage has been years becoming my favorite ones.

The location is so good for lunch, though I must admit u hav to struggle bit in the afternoon/evening ... but it's worth it.

Try Rendang, Ayam Pop and Kepala Kakap ... then slurrrp durian juice for maximum satisfaction or corn juice for the lite one.

Large space, good place, but the parking loot is not big enough

A good restaurant serves almost all guests of all ages except babies. This is located at central Jakarta in front of the main road, named Kramat Raya. Every meal times could be served in normal times. If carrying a group, suggestedly to book ahead, much more if you come i a very special time, outside the normal schedule.

Most asian visitors may choose the menu at this restaurant because of its iriginal and nature taste of Indonesia, especially from Padang, Sumatra Island is its special service. The price is anyhow adjustable to your money at wallet, so I suggest you to pay a short taste to foods in this place. Have a nice meal......

Good dishes, serves feiendly, warmth smiles happy receiving orders and gentle personalities well combined as one perfect packed.

It has a good taste of food, large parking area, located beside the main street so easy to find the place. This place are spacious so comfort to enjoy the meals.

Try ayam pop, together with daun singkong and its authentic sambal sauce. Been loving it since 7 years old and the taste still remain the same 💕💕
