Good haircut should be performed within the great barbershop. This is the place. Make sure to make appointment first. Various Barbers, they are really good. Facilities are good, as well as the service.

Professional and experienced barber, the "do you have any recommendation system" is working in this place. Would gave you perfect chance to look like absolute giga chad.

GoodFellas Barbershop is quite pricey compare to other barbershop and can be called a mid to high end to a high end place.

In term of service is very nice good customer care and has a loyalty program to bring the cost down and membership card akin to starbucks. you can get bonuses if you fill a certain amount. It has drinks that you can get while waiting.

The barbers come from a variety of level offering you their skill and experience with the most skilled being the most expensive. But i think regular for daily routine when you already know your style is probally enough.

The place really has a nice enviroment atmosphere, with designs coming from the American Style barbershop (hence the name) combine with music really sells the vibe of the place. The place is also located with other bussiness nearby offering food and drinks so you can be occupied while waiting.

But i think the down side of the good fellas is information of treatment and services that it offers. i think clarity and information regarding the services should be clear. example of this is in the service list where gentlemen cut is unclear of what exactly you get. when in other services that you state clearly what you get and what treatment you miss for example. Information such as booking order also unclear where the number reachable only through WA.

The place is comfortable. With Rp65k you got regular haircut, welcome drink, you can choose either warm or cold water for the hair wash, and a little bit of head massage. When I was there the queue is not long, and I wasn't using the online reservation. Overall the price isn't cheap but it isn't expensive considering the quality.

Service:
barbers and the receptionist are very friendly, when your hair get cut, most of the time the barber will make conversation with the customer (very recommended) 5/5

Very nice ambience, they have drink spot which serve water,tea,or coffee. Also the place ia clean and cool.
But the waiting room is small 4/5

Quality:
You will get best experience from haircut also for the haircut quality is great and it depend also from each barber's technique and style.

For regular haircut is 65K Rupiah, you'll get haircut, hair washing, and hair styling. For me the cost is normal, not expensive nor cheap. The experience you'll get and the price is worth

From several Goodfellas Barbershops in Surabaya, this is one of my favorites. Located on the same premises as Papaya supermarket, the place is not so big. Make sure you have an appointment (which unfortunately cannot be done on weekends). Clean and cool place with a very busy parking lots. They have different titles for the hairstylist, but even the junior ones pay attention to details and do a very neat job. Since my husband and my son only have their hair cut, doesn't know anything else about their services. They also sell hair products.

Good place for haircut, better to make reservation first before go there. Professional worker, safety protocol are applied but the cashier should be more active to remind customer to keep distance.
