Rujak Cingur BBM

I enjoyed the experience the last time I came here.

The food, especially rujak cingur is perfect, from the cingur, vegetables, fruits, and the sauce added. Every ingredient added is premium quality, IMO. The fruit was not too sour and could balance the taste of cingur, the vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the sauce was very thick and gave the best nutty taste I've ever tried. For the drink, I tried es cao, which was very refreshing and complemented the rujak cingur perfectly.

The service is great. The last time I was there, the workers were fast and kept themselves and their environment clean. It made me and my family very comfortable eating there.

However, the atmosphere there was so hot even though they provided few fans. And actually, it's a bit hard to spot the restaurant in the first place because it is located around the housing area.

The place to get traditional Surabayanese salad with shrimp paste sauce on top. Good for someone who like a new kind of culinary.

Hidden gems kuliner Rujak Cingur, menu khas lokal Surabaya. Lokasi masuk dalam kompleks perumahan. Rujaknya enak, kental dan rasa petisnya pas. Porsi cukup banyak. Colek bumbunya pake krupuk uyel putih biar makin mantap. Kali ini saya order rujak cingur tapi tanpa cingur, karena memang lagi program kurangin daging. Selain rujak cingur ada menu rujak manis dan gado2. Pelayanan cepat dan penyajiannya juga bersih.
